Creativity doesn't have to be so serious.

Use the good paint. Cut up the paper. Raid the third kitchen drawer. Stick something weird on a canvas because you reckon it might look cool.

Mix old stuff with new stuff. Try something you've never tried before. Make a mess. Change your mind halfway through. There really aren't any rules.

Some of my favourite things we see at Mint are made by people who just had a go and didn't worry too much about whether they were doing it the "right" way.

Make stuff you love. That's pretty much the whole point. ❤️

Well it’s been a while since I have posted. I have had a rough month as my lovely Mum passed away suddenly. I will get back to furniture and classes but for now, I’m helping look after Dad and need to take some time for myself as well. Life can be cruel sometimes .💔 so pleased I have been back in Blenheim for this past year to be closer to mum and dad. Mum loved my wee Izzy 😊

I will be doing some classes next month probably, so will let you know dates etc 💖
