Mind the Gap is now travelling at full capacity! 🚂

On this rainy day in Tāmaki Makaurau we're enjoying getting to know each other with lots of laughs, duets, trios and letting off steam in four-part harmony!

PLATFORM ANNOUNCEMENT!
Auditions are complete!

Huge thank you from Allie, Tae and Alex to everyone who messaged, pondered, and auditioned with us over recent weeks. We appreciate each and every one of you.

Our late applicants, Mabel and Gemma (pictured below), also brought boundless enthusiasm, impressive resonance, and excellent rhythmic tail‑wagging technique — but weren’t quite the vocal match for our journey.

The good news? Mind The Gap is deighted to inform that we have a new human member! We’ll reveal them soon, once we’ve sorted their SingUnited Int. visa (and other documents) so they can officially board the train.

Next stop: Hamilton 2027

We have some good news and some bad news. The good news is that Mind The Gap are getting back on the tracks and ready to continue our journey. The bad news is that our wonderful baritone, Kym, is hopping off the train to explore different destinations. We love you, Kym, and are excited for whatever mode of transport comes next for you!
It does mean we are looking for a new passenger to join us on the rails to redemption. We are looking for either a baritone or a tenor. We are Auckland based, and loving trains a bonus but not necessary. Please get in touch if you’re interested in jumping aboard 🚂

Delighted and superbly excited for our GAC friends in Based on a True Story announcing they are full steam ahead to compete in Columbus this year!

Mind the Gap is back together after our epic journeys!

We took a pit stop to catch our breath and fully refuel, and then we read through a lovely collection of cards and notes❣️— you all really know how to keep our wheels turning! And, we’re feeling well and truly spoilt by all the goodies too 🍫🎁 🍷🥜🍯🍪

Thanks for keeping our excitement and nerves on the right track and sending so much love down the line.

Next stop: The Stage. 🎭
