Finally got my hands on yesterday after a month long wait… love the color combo of white and aqua on the box.. very sturdy and well built.. can’t wait to put it to good use… Well if u r wondering what a wood portrait artist is going to do with this.. Celebrating the beauty of motherhood. Inspite of all the struggles, the pain, the sleepless nights , changing body, a pregnant woman still sacrifices every bit of her to bring forth life into the world. Only God's love for us exceeds the love the mother figures in our life have for us.

Though this piece didn't take us 10 long months it was still a labour of love as it took us almost 70 hours to complete the artwork, framing, painting etc..,. :-) 😀 😇 now this beauty is ready to be shipped off to its owner.

Why should humans have all the fun and attention?? 😆🤭 Dear Ella here deserves all the attention, glory and love that she gets from her parents don’t you think ?? Ella… u were a mammoth portrait to complete with lots of little pieces that felt like putting together a complex jigsaw puzzle… but the cuddles u gave us in return was absolutely worth it u big ball of fur 🥰 . I hope ur parents cherish this portrait of u as much as they cherish you ….

Why gift something ordinary when you can give a gift that would last a lifetime and is super unique… this portrait was a gift from a student to their teacher and the person’s reaction when she opened it said it all… That’s the reason we are here for and her emotional reaction made it worth the 25 hours spent on it….

Art comes in different forms, colours, shapes and sizes…. But one thing that is common is it brings immense joy to both the artist and the audience. This wood portrait was one such thing. This portrait was made of several layers of wood mounted on a plywood background with timber framing finished with wood dye and protective coating .
