IMPORTANT UPDATE ON OUR 2023 COMPETITION!

Thank you to everyone who has entered our 2023 event. After much consideration and lots of number crunching, I’m writing to advise that our 2023 competition will not proceed. Unfortunately, we did not receive the minimum number of entrants required for the event to go ahead. The Expression of Interest we received indicated that we would have good solid numbers across all age groups, but unfortunately, they did not convert to actual entries.

Nobody wanted this event to go ahead more than me and the New Zealand Soloists we have lined up for 2023. For now, it’s time to get back to the drawing board and come up with an exciting competition format for our future events.

For those who have entered, refunds will be processed this week. Please allow up to 10 working days for these funds to reach your bank account.

General Entry will close on Friday 7 October. After this date we will determine which sections will go ahead at the competition. We will continue to offer entries in the proceeding sections until 31.03.2023.

Early Bird Entry for our 2023 competition is now OPEN. There are a limited number of Early Bird Entries available so once these discounted entries have sold out, our next round of entries will open on 17 July 2022.

Just a quick update regarding our Early Bird Entries which were due to open tomorrow. I am in the final stages of testing our website and have encountered a small glitch. To make sure it’s all resolved and running smoothly, our Early Bird Entires will now open on Wednesday 6 July 2022.

2021 COMPETITION UPDATE 📣📣

With still so much uncertainty in the world, there will be no NZ Calisthenics Competition in 2021. However, I am excited to confirm that WE WILL BE BACK in 2022. Dates have been confirmed, with more details to come over the coming months.

Thank you to those who have reached out over the past few months. Come 2022; there should be more certainty and security within our trans Tasman bubble to enable our competition to proceed safely.
