Tuesdays at Whammy presents:

Six of the city’s favourite live performers fight fiercely and dramatically to become Auckland’s Next Top Improvisor!🏆

Who will still be in the running?

Whose photo will the host still be holding in their hand at the end of the night?

Through a series of challenges and scene tasks, only the most skilled will survive.

Come and watch all the drama, and all the comedy unfolding in front of you.

It’s improv, so this show will be completely unique. It will only be viewable if you’re in our live studio audience (because it’s also not actually televised, so you will have to see it live)

See you there!

OneTake is Auckland's newest live improv comedy show!

High stakes improv. Same game, two teams, one take each, and you decide the scores

Two teams of some of Auckland's best improvisers go head to head across three rounds, and you choose which performances make it onto our Instagram.

Then the gloves come off. In the second half, the winning team turns on each other. The audience names a story (any story), and each director gets 10 minutes to retell it their way, with everyone else acting it out. Three directors. Three versions. One winner.

The audience shapes the show. Submit your suggestions for the games ahead of time at tuesdayatwhammy.nz/shows/one-take-2026-02-16

Fast, unscripted, and yours to judge!
