🙏 Tse Lha Nam Sum (The Three Long Life Deities) are among the most revered figures in Tibetan Buddhism. This sacred triad consists of Amitayus, the Buddha of Infinite Life, White Tara, the Mother of Compassionate Longevity, and Ushnishavijaya, the Goddess of Purification and Victory over Obstacles.

Together, they symbolize the blessings of long life, health, wisdom, merit, and spiritual accomplishment. Their practices are traditionally performed to remove obstacles to life, purify negative karma, and create favorable conditions for Dharma practice and enlightenment.

In this video, discover the symbolism, meaning, and spiritual significance of the Three Long Life Deities as depicted in traditional Thangka art.

✨ May the blessings of Amitayus, White Tara, and Ushnishavijaya bring health, longevity, wisdom, and happiness to all beings.
