प्राचीन समयको कुरा हो, एउटा गाउँमा सबैले गाईको पूजा गर्थे।
एकदिन एक किसानले बुढी गाईलाई दूध नदिएर गाईलाई बेच्ने सोच्यो।
गाईले उसको घरको आँगनमा रातभरि सुस्केरा दिइन् र सपना देखाइन्: “यदि तिमी मलाई सम्मान गर्छौ भने तिम्रो खेत सधैं हरियाली हुनेछ।”
किसानले गाईको कुरा माने र त्यसपछि उसको खेत फूले-फूल्यो।
यसरी गाउँलेले सिके, गाईको सम्मान गर्नु लाभदायक हुन्छ।
