🙏 Why is Pata Thrown?

1. Blessings Distribution
Throwing the pata is believed to spread blessings from Seto Machindranath to the crowd.
Whoever catches it is thought to receive good luck and protection.

2. Connection with Devotees
It symbolizes a direct connection between the deity and people, making blessings accessible to everyone.

3. Fulfillment of Wishes
Many devotees believe:
• Catching a pata can help fulfill wishes
• It brings prosperity and relief from problems
