शिखर पावर डेभलपमेन्ट लिमिटेड (SHIKHAR) ले जलविद्युत क्षेत्रमा आफ्नो आईपीओ जारी गरेको छ, जसबाट रु. १८४,२६०,००० उठाउने लक्ष्य राखिएको छ। यस प्रस्ताव अन्तर्गत प्रति कित्ता रु. १००.०० दरले १८,४२,६०० कित्ता सेयर निष्कासन गरिएको छ। ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापिटल लिमिटेड यस इश्यूको निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकको रूपमा रहेको छ।

सर्वसाधारणका लागि खुला गरिएको यो आईपीओको आवेदन अवधि मार्च ०१, ०००६ देखि जुन ०३, २०२६ सम्म तय गरिएको छ।Shikhar Power Development Limited (SHIKHAR) has launched its IPO in the Hydropower sector, seeking to raise Rs. 184,260,000. Appolo Hydropower Limited (APPOLO) has launched its IPO in the Hydropower sector, seeking to raise Rs. 47,000,000. The offering consists of 470,000 units priced at Rs. 100.00 per unit, with Himalayan Capital Limited serving as the issue manager.

The subscription period, which is open to Local, is scheduled from February 11, 2026 to March 09, 2026, with a minimum application requirement of 47,000 units.
अपोलो हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेड (APPOLO) ले जलविद्युत क्षेत्रमा आफ्नो आईपीओ जारी गरेको छ, जसमार्फत कम्पनीले रु. ४,७०,००,००० संकलन गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेको छ। यस सार्वजनिक निष्कासनमा ४,७०,००० कित्ता सेयर प्रति कित्ता रु. १०० का दरले जारी गरिएको छ। यस आईपीओको निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकको रूपमा हिमालयन क्यापिटल लिमिटेड नियुक्त गरिएको छ।

यो आईपीओ स्थानीय बासिन्दाहरूका लागि खुला गरिएको छ, जसको आवेदन अवधि सन् २०२६ फेब्रुअरी ११ देखि २०२६ मार्च ९ सम्म तोकिएको छ। यसमा आवेदन दिनको लागि न्यूनतम ४७,००० कित्ता आवेदन गर्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
