OM SAMTIDSDANS FOR VOKSNE:
Klassene tar hovedsaklig utgangspunkt i releaseteknikk. Fokuset er på å utforske hvordan den naturlige kroppen danser/beveger seg effektivt og smidig når det gjelder muskelkraft, gravitasjon, fall og balanse. Vi jobber med ulike danseoppgaver, - øvelser og -fraser. Klassene gir deg mulighet til å utvikle ditt bevegelsespråk, og få en bedre forståelse for bevegelse og kroppens anatomi. Kurset ble startet av Nina Therese Aune i 2016. Instruktør er Anna Thu Schmidt.

Only three more weeks until the new Kurs i samtidsdans for voksne/Course in Contemporary Dance for Adults - fall 2026 Tuesdays kl 18:15-19:45 at DansiT, Strandveien 33, Trondheim

The classes are taught in English by dance artist Anna Thu Schmidt and suitable for new beginners as well as people with movement experience.

Anna Thu Schmidt is a dance artist with a passion for dance improvisation, interdisciplinary collaborations, site-specific performances, and integrated dance. She is based in Trondheim after living in Germany, the Netherlands, and Indonesia. She holds a B.A. in Dance in Education from ArtEZ (NL) and an M.A. in Dance Studies from NTNU. Besides Samtidsdans for voksne Anna also leads ImproDans Trondheim, and started up PRAXIS Trondheim and Ecstatic Dance in Trondheim. annathuschmidt.com
