PRIDE THE HAGUE Q***R MARKET
Get ready for a night of fun to kick off a week full of activities celebrating

During the Opening Night this Friday, May 8th, I'll be there again with my linoprint cards and the full Prideshell collection. There are also new rainbow versions of existing designs. I'm excited to be part of this safe space and meet all you wonderful people 💞

COME TO A MARKET WITH ME
Honestly, I'm so focused on getting everything ready, doing the market and afterwards Tetris-ing everything back into my cart I forget to make photo's/videos to post.

This is my attempt of last Sunday's market. I had a blast with great visitors, a repeat customer 🥰 and fun stall neighbour. Add in the sun being out 80% of the time and you can image my day.

And yes, every market day ends in bed with Hummer on top of me. He demands it because he feels I'm tired and he wants compensation for being alone most of the day. I love my little Snugglebug!

4 April is de Paasmarkt van Streekdierentehuis 't Julialaantje Ik zal er staan met een selectie items gebaseerd op dieren (o.a. de Pawfirmation kaarten) en m'n nieuwe Pokémon items (buttons, magneten en notitieboekjes)

Het asiel zelf heeft ook kraampjes met items waarvan de opbrengst ten goede komt aan de zorg voor de dieren. Mijn tafelhuur is ook voor hun.

Dus zin in een gezellig Paas uitje? Kom vooral langs!

LAST MONTH
I've decided to leave the
I love the concept, but my art is just not compatible with the space. It's not selling and I don't have the funds to keep renting a place that brings in next to nothing.

I've known this for a long while now, but it's come true once again. Unless I'm able to explain my work and people see my enthusiasm and excitement for it, it just doesn't sell. And no matter how much I post about it on my Instagram and tell people things are available, I still don't get sales. I refuse to undervalue my time & work just to get sales in. (And I refuse to spam my followers with the same thing over&over&over)

I'm not exactly sure on wich day I'll clear out my items, but it will be between January 26th - 30th. So if you had plans to go to Naaldwijk and buy something, now is your last chance!

DONATION/CHARITY POSTCARD
For the last 7 years I've been donating gifts to and 2 of those 5 years I also took in gifts from others to bring to the warehouse. The last 2 years I've felt like I'm failing in my donations so I want to make it "right".

I've made a fun postcard design that, for me, embodies the spirit of Sintvoorieder1: They get kids growing up in poverty gifts so they don't feel left out with Sinterklaas. So the kids can talk with their friends about what they've gotten that year. What started in the The Hague area had grown to a nationwide endeavour wich I want to support.

So why will I buy gifts instead of donating the money straight up? I want to get games for the older teens as donations for them are always lower. And I have the time to look out for deals on Escaperoom board games and the like throughout the year.

I'll make a highlight on my profile to keep track of the exact amount of cards sold throughout the year so every euro is accounted for. I hope to have something wonderful for Esther and her team in 2026!
