We zijn een samenwerking met LantarenVenster aangegaan 💥👌en mede hierdoor kunnen we de komende jaren verschillende mooie en verassende projecten aan jullie presenteren op deze bijzondere plek. Volg ons en we houden jullie op de hoogte. Ons eerste concert met extra grote bezetting en gastzangeres Lucy Woodward van afgelopen vrijdag was alvast een geweldig begin. Mis ons niet, want onze jazz is niet wat je denkt en - pas op, zeer aanstekelijk! ✅

It’s finally happening. This Friday we premiere the collaboration of Lucy Woodward & New Rotterdam Jazz Orchestra: The Rocketeers.

Born during the pandemic in an empty room—no audience, just cameras—this project lived first on film, later as an album.

That room was LantarenVenster. Now, we’re back where it began in collab with LV and we can’t wait to share our music with you.

The NRJO will be playing regularly at this great venue the coming years, we will keep you posted.

Very stoked to announce our beloved orchestra’s collaboration with great venue Lantaren Venster for the coming 4 years. Let’s make some beautiful noise! Our first concer’s gonna be with stellar singer and person Lucy Woodward on December 19, this time in full bigband setting to celebrate and launch this collab.
