In shock and tears about the sudden passing this morning of the incredible artist & singer-songwriter Glen Hansard Hansard wrote such comforting songs, his voice touched my heart everytime I heard it.
This is one song you'll probably all know, as it won an Oscar. I can't play this one really but this afternoon I needed to play it anyway, to soften the pain in my heart.
This song and the words have brought me to tears many many times, even while singing. It helped me trough a lot of difficult moments...
So this one is for MYSELF and everyone who needs it...

Glen (56) died in a motorcycle crash in Dublin.
As i missed his Dutch show this spring, I am so sad that my chance to finally go see him live in autumn will not me met. But his amazing songs will last forever. As will all his other songs, his voice and his soul.
