Relive the vibes of our boat party last week! ⚓️

We can not thank you enough for the support you give us. The boat party sold out in no time, the afterparty was conpletely sold out as well. It really fills our hearts with joy. We enjoyed the day and night to the fullest, we hope you did as well!💙

Big up to all crew and artists involved.

Heads up, the afterparty is almost sold out! 👆🏼

It looks like you are down to party as much as we do! There are only a handful of afterparty tickets left. Do you want to party with us tonight, but don't have a ticket yet? We strongly advise you to get one quickly before we run out! 😲

☁️ Weather-wise, things are looking good for now. The forecast mentions a small amount of rain (around 3mm) possible at 16:00, so plan accordingly! In case it does rain, we’ll have extra shelter over the dancefloor and some quality umbrellas available for free. The crew is hyped, the ship is getting ready...

When the boat docks, the party doesn’t stop. We’re taking it to W2 Poppodium for the afterparty!

Ahoy mateys! Here is the last info for this Friday ⚓

‼️ We start boarding the boat at 16:00 hours until 16:30, right at the docks of the Tramkade. The address which you can use for reference is Buitendijk 5-1, 's-Hertogenbosch. Please find the Google Maps route at the top of the description of our Facebook event.

🚢 THE BOAT LEAVES 16:30 SHARP, MAKE SURE TO BE ON TIME AS WE WILL DEPART AT THAT TIME❗

🔒 Keep in mind there are no lockers on the boat, however there are lockers available at the afterparty in Willem Twee Poppodium. You can leave your coats and bags below the deck if needed.

🍺 Toilets, food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available on board. The price for a token is 3.50, - which can be exchanged for the previously mentioned consumptions.

⌚ We plan to be back at the dock around 21:00, make sure to head to the afterparty straight away is it starts at 21:30!

🚗 For those who travel by car; there is a parking lot near the Willem Twee Poppodium venue

💊 For your own safety, please don't do drugs on the boat, we don't want you to fall off! (and it's forbidden by law)

☁️ It looks like we will not have the same sunny weather as last year. We are monitoring the weather forecast every minute we have. For now, it seems we will have temperature of 21 degrees, with some minor rainfall in the evening. We know that the weather can change quickly in the Netherlands, but for now everything looks solid. We will provide a fitting solution in the case of rain, don’t you worry! It will cool off in the evening, it is advisable to bring a jacket / hoodie with you.

🫡 With that said, we cannot wait to see you all this Friday. We are very excited for another boat party; we hope you are as well!

⚓Ahoy mateys ⚓

Let's start of by expressing a BIG THANK YOU for all the hard work that went into these mixes! We were pleasantly surprised by the sheer number of mixes and the quality of them! We usually do not open a contest to different styles, but we were happy to see such a wide variety of styles represented in the submissions. 🫡

Our community is talented, and we are proud to be able to facilitate a stage for that talent. After many careful listens, we have ranked each mix based on the overall vibe, mix ex*****on and track selection.

Without further ado… 🥁 the winner of the DJ contest is

Baafs submission was a 140bpm mix, not typical for Basshaven. Yet he really surprised us with the his proper track selection, his thought-out ex*****on and overall vibe. We are happy to have him perform at the after party this Friday. 👌

Thanks again for participating, it was an absolute blast to listen to your work! 💙

Hier Comet ‘ie dan ⚓

Wiebe van Herwijnen, also known as Comet, is a rising electronic artist who primarily focuses on Drum and Bass, blending the melodic side of the dancefloor with the energetic side of Jump Up. He collaborates with artists such as Curious Mind and UNTIL DAWN. Comet is making impact in the DnB scene with releases on CruCast, Future, and High-Tea. With numerous new tracks on the horizon, Comet is quickly establishing presence in the scene. In addition to his career as an artist, he also hosts Nebula, a free Drum and Bass event in Eindhoven, which has been growing quite popular over its first year of being active.

We are excited to have him perform at the after party next week. Let’s see what he has in store for us!

⚠️ Submissions for the DJ contest close this Friday! ⚠️

This means that if you want a shot at performing at our afterparty, you need to round off preparations and start recording!
We've received a couple of mixes so far, but we are keen to receive more mixes before the contest closes.

The annual boat party would not be complete without our own residents shelling on deck! Providing vibes to raves for almost a decade now, the lads are steady assets to our arsenal. As organisers and as being ravers themselves, they know how to provide you with the broad spectrum of drum & bass that we all love so much.

Shapeless, Lexxion and Mekkes are locked in and ready to head for open waters with you lot! Stay tuned as we have one artist left to announce 👀

We’re excited to welcome aboard headliner

A true prodigy of the darker, more intense side of drum & bass, SMG has been on a relentless creative streak, and this year has seen him rise to new heights within the scene. His ‘jump-up infused minimal’ signature sound has made waves across various platforms, and his ever-expanding catalog has made him one of the most exciting artists recently.

With standout tracks landing on labels like Critical Music, MODUS, VISION and Overview Music, and backed with support from the likes of Camo & Krooked, Simula, Sub Focus, deadmau5 and many more, he has made some serious waves throughout the scene.

From remixing one of the tracks from Mefjus' groundbreaking Emulation album to remixing the legendary Noisia tune ‘Shaking Hands’, SMG's place is at the forefront of drum and bass.

We are ready to see what he’s been up to lately; we imagine that he is packed with massive dubplates to showcase on the boat!
