'' This year marks 15 years since I started my service in the online underground. Time flies when you are having fun right?! I remember when I (as non dj) heard something on the radio back then, that was just it. Nobody put that on soundcloud or youtube for you to listen to again. I was telling myself there must be more people that want to listen to some tracks over and over again. That's how it all started. Ripping tracks from radio shows, uploading some cool tracks that were hot in that time period (remember post-dubstep & future garage?),there were even a few people sending me their music to upload! The moment I started doing the video edits was life changing. Not only for me but for all the people we (music youtubers) made hot in the era of lo-fi house. Happy to see some of them rockin big stages today!

Like 5 years ago, also this time I have a mix for you! I just wanted to put together a mix full of my all time favorite jams. The result is an almost six hour journey through different genres & styles. I also wanted to include music made by people I have some history with. Baltra, Bambounou, Fjaak, Route 8 or Kettama, to name a few (and a whole lotta more!). Expect a lot of hits! Slow jams, House, Techno, UK sound and more.

Growing up around Paris, learned about music through both his classical music training at the conservatory & his family's Moroccan & Algerian roots.
It's from those influences ranging from Leonard Cohen, Keith Jarrett & Jacques Brel to Gnawa music, Abdel Halim Hafez & Reinette l'Oranaise that he draws his own style, ranging from Blues to Folk, sly elements of R&B, to his own blend of psychedelic disco and beyond.

More or less than a month for a year that humanity won't remember for any good is about to come to an end. So we won't make any best-of lists but only an appreciation post for a musician that we truly admire and're still listening to all of his discography with much much ear pleasure since day one.
Too Smooth Christ aka Christophe Le Gall is a brilliant producer based in Paris. He released "A_Few_Tracks_Made_Under_Weird_ Circumstances" ep, a limited-press vinyl - thing of beauty at Nocta Numerica label earlier this year.

You can easily search for his work in all music platforms and relief yourself with a cure we still do have for our mind, body and soul : good music!
