What is the Sound Bath in soft space?
This is the inner journey to relax your body and mind in an effortless way while lying on soft sculptures freshly cleaned for each experience. Before closing your eyes, people can contemplate the abstract intuitive drawings hanging on the walls. Singing bowls are used worldwide for meditation, stress release, relaxation and personal well-being. Their multiple harmonic frequencies are considered to have a special quality. The Sound Bath is played on Himalayan bowls by .
