Through his work, he aims to inspire a deeper connection between people, their creativity, and the environment. From hands-on cooking workshops focused on plant-based cuisine to personalized catering and themed dining experiences, Gabriele believes that every meal tells a unique story. In his sustainable art lab, he transforms food scraps and recycled materials into one-of-a-kind creations, proving that sustainability and beauty can coexist. Each dish, lesson, and art piece reflects his commitment to blending flavors, ideas, and eco-conscious practices, inviting others to reimagine what’s possible while honoring the planet.

Two cultures mirroring, talking, and resonating through food and sound. 🇧🇷✨🇮🇹

A look back at Bite & Resonance, a special side activity of the art exhibition Two Suns at Once. It was an incredible night of bringing people together over an entirely vegan menu that explored the affinities and contrasts between Italian and Brazilian traditions.

The magic came alive thanks to the incredible live music by Martina Effy , who beautifully captured the rhythm of each course, creating a true, immersive dialogue between the plate and the soundscape.

🥟 The Mirrored Appetizer:

On one side, a traditional Polenta Crostini with Borlotti bean cream and Rosemary oil; on the other, the Carioca warmth of Tapioca and Corn Dadinhos served on a Caldinho of Black Beans and Coriander.

🍝 The First Course:

A perfect synthesis of sustainability and comfort. Potato Gnocchi with a Crunchy Ragù born from the creative recovery of a lentil and sweet potato loaf, served over a silky Pumpkin and Coconut Milk Velouté.

🍨 The Dessert:

Closing in purity with a giant, sliced version of the Brazilian Quindim with Coconut and Saffron, balanced by the sharp, tangy notes of a Pineapple reduction.

Food is sound, texture, and rhythm—the ultimate extension of the artistic experience. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, listened, tasted, and made this night resonate so deeply!

ANIMA MUNDI is officially installed inside the Wunderkammer at Ndsm Fuse!

Inspired by the original turquoise stripe of the 1978 Pride flag representing "Magic", this sculpture explores magic as a gift of perception, the ability to see the sacred energy connecting every living being beyond rigid societal shells.

The core vision of this exhibition reminds us that the rainbow is meant to unite all human beings. The hope is for all of us to recognize our shared humanity, acting with deep mutual respect and support.

Special thanks to Cristina; her striking metallic installation shares the space, creating a beautiful dialogue that flows perfectly with the visceral textures of Anima Mundi.

Throwback to my first international exhibition at the Kassel Q***r Film Festival!

I had the honor of presenting my site-specific installation "I See You" as part of the "Q***r Reclaiming of Spaces" exhibition. Transforming the historic display cases at the Kulturbahnhof in into a space for q***r visibility and connection was an incredible experience.

A huge thank you to the organizers of the ***rfilmfest.kassel , especially , for this opportunity and for believing in my work. It meant so much to take my art abroad for the first time.

And, of course, a special shout-out to my partners in crime, Francesco D'Argento and Carine Martinelli . I couldn't have asked for better companions for this adventure. Thank you for making this journey so special! ❤️
