The following factors are to be understood for this to be achieved;

📌 Confidence is developed not inherited.
📌‎Refuse self doubt.
📌‎‎Owning the room means contributing value.
📌‎Be confident and comfortable with who God has made you to be.
📌‎Don't compare yourself to others, (Gal.6) it steals your self confidence.
📌‎Optimism is necessary, failure is not a crime.

Delay is not denial. Popular saying right?
I'll be considering a few women from the bible who were delayed in a certain situation. Stay with me. So, if you look intentionally at the stories of Hannah, Elizabeth or Sarah.
There is something consistent about their story, not the fact that
they gave birth later through the intervention of the most high God, but the fact that every seed that was delivered of them were exceptional. If you look at Hannah, Samuel became a great man of God. Consider Elizabeth, John the Baptist became a man consecrated to God. Of most of them who had that delay, something good came out of it.

Look at it in this light, of all the times you have been delayed for one reason or the other. Consider the times you put in the right amount of effort, consider the times you decided to be productive in that thing that was causing the delay, consider the number of times you made up your mind to be consistent and dedicated. The results did turn out productive right?
And so, the deal is not about the delay, the deal is how much you put through out that period of delay. What result was brought forth from that delay. I tell you that many periods of delay come and they still end up unproductive.

Every delay is really a proof that you can be better at what you're at.
