A new month is a reminder that growth doesn’t have to be loud to be powerful. It can be steady, intentional, and consistent. February may have brought lessons, challenges, wins, or quiet progress — and I’m carrying the wisdom forward, not the weight.

March is about showing up with clarity. Resetting goals. Refining habits. Protecting peace. Moving with purpose. Whether it’s personal growth, career milestones, creative ideas, or simply becoming a better version of myself, this month is another opportunity to take small steps that lead to meaningful change.

No pressure to be perfect. Just commitment to progress.

Hmmm, what a world we live in !!!
Should she openly ask for help and risk being seen as demanding, or should she stay silent and suffer silently?

People living with disabilities should be more considered, and compassion should be shown more towards them, due to the pain experienced through their disabilities and their inability to always ask for help, so they don't look demanding.

This experience changed my perspective.
I came in with limited exposure, shaped by assumptions. I’m leaving with a deeper understanding of how much talent exists when people are given the right support and opportunity.
