Today in honor of whatever achievements made the United Nations in alleviating human problems of global concern, I join in the celebration of another Day for Awareness of the Special Development Needs and Land Locked Developing Countries (LLDCs).
My deepest solidarity goes to all the nations with special development needs and land locked challenges as the United Nations celebrates another international Day for awareness of the special development needs and land locked developing countries.
August 6, every year is set aside to remember over 30 countries of the world challenged with land lock issues that inhibits their development due to high cost.
This is a call set out strategically for educating and arousing the public on issues of concern, mobilize and instigate political will and garner resources in order to address mammoth problem. Most importantly it's a call for advocacy.
