Court Update – June 30, 2026
Today, the defendants appeared in court, where their pleas were taken. Following the arraignment, the court granted them bail subject to the conditions set by the court.
While this development may be difficult for many who have been following Wynne's case, it is important to remember that bail is not an acquittal. The criminal proceedings are still ongoing, and the court has only begun to hear the case.
