Worship God with me.

There's no "before God" and there's no "after God".

Such a construct does not exist. It is a misconception and contortion, when we consider the nature of the God revealed to us in the Bible. He is the Beginning and the End as far as this current existence, as we know it, is concerned. There's nothing before a beginning and there's nothing after the end. Everything exists within the period between the beginning and the end. Our current existence is like a closed system. We owe everything to Him who created us. That's why for the follower of Jesus Christ, God is our All in all, He is our Life, He is our Portion, in Him we live, move and have our being.

In prayers, in songs, in preaching and teaching, our theology must be correct because, whatever we believe is what will drive practice. If we say "before God", and "after God", we say more than we mean. There's no space here to begin to analyze the implications of that.

Let's bow down in worship as there's no other besides Him. Glory to His Majesty. Amen.
