Mr Emeka, a rich auto parts dealer in Ladipo Lagos, brought Chidike from the village to serve him for 10 years, promising to settle him with enough money to start his own business, Chidike served loyally and diligently for 10 years without fault, When it was time to settle him, Mr Emeka plotted to avoid paying by implicating him, He arranged with a man and told Chidike that they have imported goods worth 120 million naira from China, Mr Emeka sent Chidike the 120 million naira and the man’s number to clear the container, Chidike went to the man warehouse, saw brand new Benz parts in the opened boxes, paid the man, loaded the goods onto a truck, and returned to the shop, Upon opening, only 3 boxes had good parts, the rest contained scraps, Mr Emeka accused Chidike of ste@ling, called the police, and had him arrested, The man couldn’t be found that day and the warehouse was locked, Chidike was detained for weeks until his parents came to bailed him out, & Mr Emeka vowed that he will not settle him, Furiously Chidike went to tracked the man at night, attacked him with a kn!fe threaten to k!ll him, and the man then confessed that Mr Emeka planned everything so that he will not settle him for his years of service, In anger, Chidike went to Emeka shop that night and st4bbed him to de4th, He was captured by the people around that night, he then explained to them what he found out but they handed him over to the police the next morning, he was then charged to court, found guilty, and sentenced to life imprisonment.
