As history beckons on August 27, 1991, the geographical and political landscape of Nigeria witnessed a significant transformation when the then Military President, General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida (IBB), created Anambra State from the erstwhile Old Anambra State.
Over the past 34 years, Anambra State has evolved into a critical player in Nigeria’s socio-economic and political spheres, contributing significantly to the nation’s economic growth and fostering a harmonious and diverse community.
Since its inception, Anambra State has been governed by a series of administrators and governors, each played a pivotal role in
role in the state’s journey, striving to bring growth and prosperity, and contributing uniquely to its development.
Consequently, our Solution Governor, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo, CFR, continues this legacy with his transformation agenda, which focuses on moving the state towards greater heights of development, inclusivity, and sustainability.
