The Reality of Unspoken Hurt

Not everyone who is hurting makes a sound. Some people smile through their pain while carrying a weight no one can see.
This is unspoken hurt — pain without words, tears without sound, a heart overwhelmed but quietly breaking.
Some were taught to “be strong.” Some tried to speak once and were ignored, so they stopped trying. They don’t scream or complain — they just carry it. And sometimes, the quiet pain is the heaviest of all.
But God sees what no one else sees. He hears what was never spoken. He reaches into the silence and He cares.
