A Father’s Day Message from the Queen of the Bachama Kingdom
Greetings to all the wonderful fathers of the Bachama Kingdom, across Adamawa State, Nigeria, and beyond.
Today, as we join the rest of the world to celebrate Father’s Day, I, Mbamto Roseline Daniel Shaga Ismaila CNA, wish to extend my heartfelt congratulations and prayers to every father both young and old who stands as a pillar of strength, wisdom, and love in his family and community.
In our Bachama tradition, the father is not merely the head of the household; he is the guardian of our heritage, the custodian of our values, and the bridge that connects the generations. From the teachings of our ancestors to the dreams we hold for our children, fathers remain the bedrock upon which our families and our kingdom are built.
To the fathers who rise each day to provide, protect, and guide we see you. To those who have lost their fathers, we pray that the Almighty God comforts you and grants you peace. To the fathers who have gone before us, we honour their memory and the legacies they left behind.
As we celebrate, let us also remember the great responsibility that comes with fatherhood. A true father leads with patience, speaks with kindness, and disciplines with love. He is a teacher, a mentor, and a source of inspiration. In a world that often tests our faith and unity, I call on all fathers in the Bachama Kingdom to continue to be agents of peace, unity, and progress. Let us raise our children in the fear of God and in the rich cultural values of the Bwatiye people values of resilience, respect, and community.
To my beloved husband, His Majesty Homun Dr. Daniel Shaga Ismaila CON, Kpawo Nomwe Gilongo Diya, I thank you for your unwavering commitment to our kingdom and to our family. You are a father not only to our children but to the entire Bachama nation. May the Lord continue to grant you wisdom, strength, and long life.
To all fathers, I say: “Your labour of love is not in vain. Your sacrifices are seen by God and by your children. Keep building, keep loving, and keep leading.
May the Almighty God bless every father with good health, joy, and the grace to fulfil their divine purpose.
Happy Father’s Day!
With royal regards,
Mbamto Roseline Daniel Shaga Ismaila CNA
