I was in a training organized by Beacon Institute and trust me guys it was a worth it.

The first day I registered for the training ( online) I was asked what my expectations were and I wrote down "MIND REFORMATION" trust me when I say I got it, because the kind of things I saw and learnt was worth more.

One of the topics that still has me thinking is " MENTORSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT ".

HOW TO SING WELL IN FRONT OF PEOPLE

Allot of singers hardly give there best when singing in front of people because of fear of what people will say about there voice, fear of making mistakes and intimidation. Overcoming all this things starts from your mind, singing is 90% psychological and 10% talent.

So you need to tell yourself that you can do it, your voice is special and unique. Avoid the thoughts of making mistakes, cause whenever you think of that you will surely make mistakes. The reason why you sing well alone is because you are not afraid of anyone judging your voice whether it's lovely or bad, you just sing anyways. Even if you make mistakes you laugh and continue your singing.

That's what I want you to bring when Singing in public, be free and trust your voice, it will shock you the kind of results you will start seeing. Note that some singers will always want to intimidate you with there voice, but don't be moved appreciate there excellence and use that energy to keep working hard on attaining excellence on your own voice.

And please avoid thinking too much when singing, especially those that loves food, don't be singing and be thinking of swallow and hot eguisi soup 😂 please concentrate, it will help you sing better. Finally, learn to sing more often in front of people, it will help you kill that fear. Don't run from leading songs in church, the best way to overcome fear is to face it and not run away from it.

BEAUTY

Can i tell and receive without deceive
Prolong the matter as it is
Soft and mild

It is not about the matter
Because the matter is in the comfortability of the sofa

I understand that you don't need any understanding to understand the definition
Because i now rumble and humble when i see it.

It is special and unique
Soft when seen
Separated when noticed
Magnificency is what i can term it to be.

I've heard people
They talk of the shape and colour
To them this is how beauty is discerned
But it's not.

Yes!
Beauty is the combination of qualities
Shape, colour or form that pleases the aesthetic senses especially the sight.

But real beauty
Comes from the heart.
Though you're pretty but aggressive
Handsome but act like a tout.

Beauty as it is
Is an attraction
First to the eyes then the mind
Because for the mind to get information the eyes as to first come into action as the beholder.

There is an expectation from anything termed to be beautiful.
