Zion Prayer Movement Outreach

The dominant and final points in the two themes I’ve written for those who like to go to the zion prayer or any other pious activity on Sunday are:

1. “make sure you attend the Holy Mass” first. It is only in the Eucharist that we become one with God through the Holy Communion. And nothing should replace this for any Catholic.

2. ⁠since we’re mostly in doubt about the real source of inspiration of the zion movement, let us give the Holy Spirit that benefit of doubt. If it is not of God, it must surely fail with time.

3. ⁠as ministerial priesthood (for priests) is different from common priesthood (for lay faithful), so is ministerial obedience different from common obedience. Priests and religious should obey even when there is no reason; but the lay faithful, with love, should be made to know the reasons why they should obey; otherwise many of them could presume anything and leave the church, just as some have already presumed “jealousy” as the reason they were told not to go to zion. And as there is so much joy in heaven when just a soul or sheep is won, so also is there so much sadness when just one soul or sheep is lost.

My points are my own personal views, and my good intentions could actually be erroneous. Just that I’m always slow to ascribe to Beelzebub what the hand of God might’ve done, let time instead tell.
