It has just come to my notice this morning.
Since my stay in Kebbi state, I've never seen a bike man(okada rider) speed with any bike been it commercial vehicle or private. We always arrive safely at our destination without speeding.
This made me ask myself, Why do this same bike men speed so much when carrying a passenger in my state? Is it that they have two lives or they don't value their lives. Or is it that there's a standing Law and order for all motorcycle, bike riders in Kebbi state not to over speed with their vehicles?
