"I have never been as scared as I was yesterday
The bus I boarded to Aba yesterday stopped us on the way bcos of b@d tyre
Im not very conversant with the area, but it was quite bushy and forest like
We all got down .. the men we boarded with all swung into action to help the driver check and probably fix the issue
They discovered it needs a change of tire, they were all ready to help change it, buh i think the tools they needed were not complete
All this while , I was looking round at intervals(while licking the udara a make passenger gave me) just to be sure we re safe(remember almost all the guys in the vehicle were all involved in fixing the car)
All of a sudden, one lady(who went further away into the bush to p*e) raised an alarm… while rushing to our side… in her words “i saw some men, they re coming towards us, i think they re Fulani people”
Everybody fly like jet… I didn’t know I could run that fast, thank goodness I was on sandals,
In a twinkle of an eye, everyone dispersed to different directions
Suddenly we hard the driver shout, come ooo come oooo
It happened that he was trying to drive out his vehicle with the bad tyre like that, and those guys met him and asked why everyone is running? He told them someone raised a false alarm🫣
They laughed and showed him where they dropped their mkt(goods) to go ease themselves in the bush😂
Everybody was just laughing at ourselves, how we go just run without even confirming the news…especially the men
Well.. we got transloaded and continued our journey
While the driver faced his problem 🥹 I pity him but I no be mechanic
If you have a driver relative, pls take it easy on them… this is one of the reasons they always have anger issues
Started a journey, ended it half way against his will bcos of bad tyre
