Tittle: Until I Grow My Wings
There are moments in life when i use to visualize myself like one of the young birds in this nest, young, still learning, and not yet ready to fly on my own. The world outside the branches is big, and my journey through school and life has not always been easy.
This nest represents my home. It is the place that holds me together. It is built not from comfort or wealth, but from love and sacrifice.
The parent birds in this drawing remind me of my parents. My father (My hero) tries his best to support me even when things are not easy. Many times he gives what he has so that I can continue my education and keep moving forward. I often think about how difficult things could have been without him.
My mother holds a very special place in my heart. Her love and sacrifices are things I will never forget. Even when she does not have much, she still cares deeply and wants the best for me. My biggest wish is to make her proud and put a smile on her face while she is still here to see it.
The chicks in the nest represent me as a student. I am still growing, still learning, and still depending on the love and sacrifices of my parents. Just like these birds waiting for food, I am in a stage of life where I am being prepared for the future.
But one day the chicks will grow wings and leave the nest. They will fly into the sky and begin their own journey.
Which is also my hope. That One day I will grow strong enough to stand on my own, succeed in life, and give back to the people who have given so much for me.
Until then, I remain in the nest, learning, growing, and preparing for the day I finally fly.
Raised by sacrifice, guided by love, one day I will fly.
