On 14/04/2026, a school sensitization program on drug abuse, its illegal use, and its harmful effects on society was conducted at GJISS Hayatusdeen Islamiyya School, located in Sabon Gari Ward, Rogo LGA.
The program focused on educating students on the dangers associated with drug abuse, emphasizing its negative impact on health, behavior, academic performance, and overall societal well-being. Students were also enlightened on the legal consequences of engaging in illicit drug activities.
The sensitization aimed to discourage involvement in drug-related activities and to promote a safe, healthy, and drug-free environment within the school and the community at large.
Conclusion:
