Before you come at me and say I'm a PDP member, the first slide should tell you I was ready to support the Government, PDP or APC. Even though I had my political views, even though I had my opinions and coming from a place where I had many people in APC and few in PDP, my conviction was simple, it should be about Plateau interest not party, not any other thing.
I sat with few guys and girls and I told them the possibilities I see with hopes that if they lose, they may learn to remove sentiment and emotions when doing politics. I see my friends and juniors abΓ»sing each other everyday for politicians who don't even care, in the name of loyalty. How do we grow? I try to talk to few people or drop comments but that's because I would still be doing so if Mutfwang was not the winner, Plateau has been the concern.
We must learn to tolerate each other even as both Mutfwang and Nentawe are thriving at various levels, we must know that as youths, we have futures ahead of us. Our integrity and values will come from a track record of our past dealings and what we stand to build in the future.
Don't allow politicians to use you as some Thugz, Simply because you manage to snap with any politician doesn't mean you're big or you're succeeding, it's what they invest in you that would prove that. Most of you only hang around them, no business to show or sell to them, they only see you as an errand boy/girl not even the type they can trust with important assignments.
Let's not be unfortunate because of party or politicians, Plateau youths are known to be better than this.
For me it's not about Party, it's all about Plateau. I may have made unnecessary comments about Our past leaders which, I realized as long as their efforts are being seen, it's better to stay positive even as I hope to see them do better.
Let's think about this.
