This year Afotamodi calls for all hand on deck in a self help community project of raising #500 000 000 to give a facelift to our common heritage : .

Among other iconic imageries , this year Afotamodi Media Planning Committee opted to use an icon that describes a person,dressed in typical Yoruba native attire ,whose work of lyrical instrument ( of art) acts as loud clear, and kinda inspiring wake-up call to his people , ni ule, ni oko .

Having done that , we had to study part of the significants of TRUMPETS ,IN MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS, we arrived at words as

being heard ... being clearer !, Let your words , let your actions be loud enough to inspire others to cultural awareness, responsibilities .
