By Team Akataka Media.

Nze Charles Asika Agoh, popularly known as AKATAKA 1, a Frontline aspirant for the Owerri Federal Constituency seat under the African Democratic Congress (ADC), come 2027, has once again demonstrated his unwavering commitment to women's empowerment project at an event in Owerri North, Thursday. Nze Agoh was a distinguished guest and significant supporter at the 9th Anniversary Empowerment program organized by "Imo Woman On The Move Owerri Zone", on April 2nd, 2026.

The impactful event, held at the All Saints Cathedral Field Egbu in Owerri North LGA, saw the empowerment of indigent women with a substantial sum of five million naira in cash. Nze Agoh, known for his philanthropic endeavors, played a crucial role in the success of this initiative.

In his heartfelt remarks, Nze AKATAKA expressed profound admiration and solidarity with the women. He lauded the "Imo Woman On The Move Owerri Zone" for their dedication to uplifting their fellow women and urged them to maintain their strong sense of unity. He further extended commendations to the esteemed leader of the ADC, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha, and other party stalwarts, including fellow aspirants, for their presence and support at the event, which underscored the collective commitment to women's welfare.

Nze Agoh unequivocally assured the women of his steadfast support, particularly focusing on the women of Owerri Federal Constituency. His commitment was visibly demonstrated as he enthusiastically joined the women of Owerri Federal Constituency in a dance, a gesture that symbolized not only his love and appreciation but also the profound acceptance and endorsement he enjoys from them as their preferred representative for the Green Chamber. The resounding sentiment among the women was clear: "Women for Akataka come 2027 election, for they know who they want." This powerful declaration highlighted the strong bond and trust established between Nze Agoh and the women of his constituency.

During a significant gathering, the esteemed Leader of the ADC, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha, delivered a stirring address to the women in attendance. He began by profusely commending the dedication of various party leaders, whom he lauded as "men of goodwill," for their presence and invaluable financial contributions to the event.

In an emotionally charged declaration, Rt. Hon. Ihedioha emphasized the profound bond he shares with the women, stating, "I love these women, and they, in turn, love me. This connection is truly symbolic, and I assure you, nothing will ever come between us." He expressed his sincere gratitude, revealing the depth of his commitment by sharing, "It was precisely because of this crucial women's program that I set aside all my engagements in Abuja to ensure my presence here today." He further affirmed his unwavering support, adding, "These women have consistently stood by me, and I pledge never to disappoint them." Underscoring their indispensable role, he passionately declared, "Women are the very backbone of politics; without women, there is no politics."

However, Rt. Hon. Ihedioha then extended his heartfelt appreciation to the leadership of the "Imo Woman On The Move Owerri Zone." He specifically lauded their exemplary transparency and encouraged them to maintain their steadfast zeal, assuring them that ultimate victory would undoubtedly be achieved. He concluded by describing them as "women of trust," highlighting their integrity and reliability.

They are asking him to read what is actually written in the clause. Instead of doing that, he keeps going ahead and only mentioning the numbers.

What is in the clause? Tell us, read it out. What if the content has been altered? This is very wrong. When did Nigeria turn to this?

150 Years From Now

150 years from now, none of us reading this post today will be alive. 70 percent to 100 percent of everything we are fighting over right now will be totally forgotten. Underline the word, TOTALLY.

If we go back memory lane to 150 years before us, that will be 1872, none of those that carried the world on their heads then are alive today. Almost all of us reading this will find it difficult to picture anybody's face of that era.

Pause for a while and imagine how some of them betrayed their relatives and sold them as slaves for a piece of mirror. Some k*||ed family members just for a piece of land or tubers of yam or cowries or for a pinch of salt. Where is the yam, cowries, mirror, or salt that they were using to brag? It may sound funny to us now, but that is how s*||y we humans are sometimes, especially when it comes to money, power or trying to be relevant.

I remember those days in my secondary school, how some people fought and did so many unimaginable things just to have their names shortlisted among those to be made school Prefects. Ordinary school Prefects o!

But today nobody in that school right now remembers that I even schooled there despite my popularity then. Now, imagine what happens after 150 years!

Even when you claim the internet age will preserve your memory, take Michael Jackson as an example. Michael Jackson died in 2009, just 13 years ago.

Imagine the influence Michael Jackson had all over the world when he was alive. How many young people of today remember him with awe, that is if they even know him? In 150 years to come, his name, when mentioned, will not ring any bell to a lot of people.

Let us take life easy, nobody will get out of this world alive. . . The land you are fighting and ready to kill for, somebody left that land, the person is dead, rotten, and forgotten. That will also be your fate. In 150 years to come, none of the vehicles or phones we are using today to brag will be relevant. Biko, take life easy!

Let love lead. Let’s be genuinely happy for each other. No malice, no backbiting. No jealousy. No comparison. Life is not a competition. At the end of the day, we will all transit to the other side. It is just a question of who gets there first, but surely we will all go there someday.

Thanks for reading
