Found this in my camera roll and...
It throws back to a relationship-themed commissioned project from back in 2023.

The piece has over time remained one of my personal favorites.
It was commissioned by a Nigerian acquaintance, for her close friend from Europe to show that "she cares". And she demonstrated this care by choosing to get a drawing that represented this friend and her dearly loved pet instead of her and her friend together in the piece.

I highly doubt I had this page then. But between that time and now, so much has happened.

Commissioned drawings, original art sales, and 123k followers later, here we are in 2026.

Thank you to all who have believed in me so far๐Ÿ˜Š

"Eternity" is the ultimate vision, and it's coming up nicely.
Soon, the third piece in my collection, "core values" will be completed. The piece that talks about "the love we keep", out of shared vision and purpose.
What the previous generations refer to as "growing old together".
This is one of the core values around relationships that seems to be eroding in this generation, but I'm making this artwork to remind us where we're falling from and that we need to get back to.

This was my very first big-sized family portrait drawing from back in 2023. I was going through my gallery now and saw it and it kickstarted this period of reminiscence.

I'd do the piece much better now as I have a whole of a lot more elastic patience. But then again, I can't blame the me from the time. I was seriously underpaid. The last couple of days of drawing I spent on it, I worked round the clock almost to tears.

Nevertheless, I'm proud of how "she" made it turn out.

And a little chirp: whereas the me here in 2026 is focused on creating original drawings too. I still take commissions too and do love to work on family projects like this one, of course with today's skill-level. You can reach me through my DM or email: [email protected].

More progress has been made on "Eternity". The triplets of my series, "core values", are edging closer and closer towards completion.

Isn't that wonderful?๐Ÿ˜Š

This was my first piece to go viral, and it changed a lot for me.
Prior to September 2024, I had been working hard; posting consistently and using different location tags because I was trying to reach an international audience. But this account was barely straggling along.

Then the adorable Udeagha Chidindu (Dindu Art) came to me with a gallery opportunity in August 2024.
I thought about it and decided I'd do it, but...I had only four pieces with me. Whatever artwork wasn't sold, was a commission.

I had first made this Wonder Woman drawing in 2021, but it looked technically wonky then. So I thought, "why not rework on it? Draw atop the drawing, on the same paper".

I posted it, and bam. My first post to reach 200k views (and it was a carousel post). And everything took ofd from there.

I had never shared this before publicly before.
It was one right action, at the right time, inspired by another right action.

I do believe Dindu was divinely-inspired to tell me about the gallery opening. As I redrew the Wonder Woman Rebirth, I had this feeling like something was going to happen from it. And it did.

To Dindu, thank you๐Ÿ˜Š.
To the millions else who have seen me and those who have followed me since then, you're very much appreciated.

Someone brought it up that "my technique has been improving". They did mean it as a genuine compliment and I do not find it insulting at all. But in my head it felt strange.

Primarily because unless you've known me since 2021, it would be hard to say I've improved. I feel like I've hit this "climax" with drawing techniques and all I do now is refine and document my processes in notes.
Yes, there may be room for improvement, but unless you're an hyperrealist, there's a point you get to with "drawing techniques" that it just feels like there's nowhere else to go from here. It's just rinse and repeat๐Ÿ˜Š.

This drawing below was completed October 2023, and I've had the technique (which was similar to the drawing the person commented on) stored in my head.

I have A LOT of techniques for different kinds of projects stored in my head. I wrote my first e-book to teach drawing, a 167-page book in January 2023, and in it, I taught a variety of different techniques while showing a systematic way for an absolute novice to start from being unable to draw circles to realistic drawings in a couple of months (and it worked for those who read it).

So, not to brag, but I do know a lot... I just pull out things based on what's required for the drawing and what I want to achieve. I'm also not a fan of hyperrealism. I "almost hate" it.
I prefer much more, minimalist-hyperrealism or photorealism.

Thank you for all the love once again, and looking forward to sharing more of what's inside this head of mine with you over the coming months๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ˜Š.

When I started my art business back in 2021, I had to start from the very basics, with no audience, little to no money, no gadgets but with a hunger and willingness to learn and grow.

And at the heart of it, I had two goals blended into one dream.
- Build an international art brand and have my artworks everywhere (I'm on my way with this)
- Be adept enough and teach many artists both to be skilled in art and also to build and scale an art business just like I would be doing.

Today, the second goal takes another step forward as my first ever art business course, "Monetizing Your Art Blueprint" goes on a full launch.

The course covers all of the basics of the art business, plus some advanced stuffs, with a clear video blueprint of how to get from zero to your first $500 or $1,000 made from art, and how to stay consistent there.

I also added two bonus templates into the video program:
- 100 Profitable Art Niches (PDF)
- Your First $500 Roadmap (PDF)
- 100 Video Hooks that Attract Buyers (PDF)

The Roadmap summarizes everything I teach across several videos in the Monetizing Your Art Blueprint Course into a simple 1-page actionable summary.

In addition, because I believe that courses should always have feedback and accountability groups, there is an accountability group where you can ask questions, receive answers, and give feedback on your progress with the steps you're taking.

You can sign up for Monetizing Your Art Blueprint Course (and resources) today for just #10,000/$10

The link will be in my bio or you can comment "Blueprint" to get the link.

These four drawings make up "collection 1" of my series titled "Tokens of Life", where I explore drawing intriguing things in nature and life.
Collection 2 in "Tokens of Life" will be coming up soon.

Thanks.

Eternity is the third part of my series, "core values", and this part explores love as shared purpose and vision.
In a time where connection is often treated as temporary, Eternity is to serve as a reminder that love is not just something we feel, but something also an ambition we share for a future, one we can be committed to regardless.

Back to work on the third and final artwork in my three-part collection series titled "Core Values". The piece is titled "Eternity", and here, I completed the texture on the cap.

I had to take a break because it coincided with watching the re-entry of the astronauts from space yesterday.
