1st day of January in the year 2026.

Happy New Year!!!

2025 was a year of quiet lessons and gentle growth. I learned to slow down, to trust God more, and to let go of what no longer served me. Not everything made sense in the moment, but every step shaped me. Ending this year softer, wiser, and grateful for the becoming. 🤍✨ ゚viralシ #2025シ

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year 🤍

As this year comes to a close, Christmas invites us to pause and reflect — on the good days that made us smile, and the hard days that shaped us. This year has looked different for everyone.

Some of us launched businesses, changed careers, secured promotions, or stepped boldly into new opportunities. Others faced loss, said goodbye to loved ones or friends, navigated financial pressure, emotional exhaustion, or simply did their best to keep going when things felt heavy.

Whatever your journey has been, please know this: every step counted. Growth didn’t always look like success, and survival itself was an achievement.

If you celebrated wins — we celebrate with you.
If you faced setbacks — we honour your strength.
If you’re still waiting, healing, rebuilding, or believing — you are not forgotten.

As we look ahead to the New Year, may it bring renewed hope, fresh opportunities, peace of mind, and grace for each new day. May you find comfort this Christmas, strength for tomorrow, and joy in both big and small moments.

Wishing you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas filled with warmth and a Happy New Year filled with light, purpose, and new beginnings 🎄✨

I’m pleased to share that I have successfully completed the B2–7 BME Career Development Programme with Whittington Health NHS Trust following three months of focused learning and development.

A key highlight of the graduation was delivering a five-minute presentation where I reflected on the programme’s key insights, the personal and professional growth I’ve experienced, and my short-, medium- and long-term career aspirations within the NHS. The programme has strengthened my confidence, broadened my understanding of leadership and career planning, and helped clarify my next steps.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn, reflect, and grow alongside inspiring colleagues and mentors, and I look forward to applying these skills as I continue to develop my career within the NHS.

Some of us belong to a very special tribe. We are the ones who will spend hours at the market scrutinising tomatoes, bargaining with three different sellers, and finally walking home feeling utterly convinced we picked the wrong ones. We’ll buy a dress, a bag, or even a kitchen utensil and, no matter how pretty or practical, still think, “I should have bought the other one… or maybe not bought anything at all.”

It’s not that we don’t know what we like; it’s that our minds are experts at replaying every possible option, every alternate scenario, until we’re sure we’ve been cheated or missed something better. Decisions, no matter how small, feel like tightropes over pits of regret.

And yet, this trait has shaped me into someone who pours encouragement into others. When I meet people who make decisions with ease, I admire their clarity and often share what I have with them, trusting their choices when I can’t trust mine. And when I meet a fellow indecisive soul, I become their calm voice, guiding them gently toward reassurance. I remind them that their choice is valid, valuable, and no better option could have been made because this one belongs to their story.

Perhaps that’s the quiet gift of the indecisive bunch—we wrestle with our own uncertainties so deeply that when we help someone else decide, it feels like a small act of liberation, for them and for us

My decision skills are a work in progress but I’m still learning to make the best of my situation by being some else’s inner voice ゚viralシfypシ゚
