DID YOU KNOW 🚨
◾◾◾◾◾▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️▪️

Julian Nagelsmann knew early his body would not survive football.

Constant knee injuries.
Pain every session.
Surgery at nineteen.

Doctors ended his playing career before it began.
No comeback.
No second chance.

While his teammates trained, he sat on the sideline.
Notebook open.
Watching spacing.
Learning movements.

He started helping youth coaches at Augsburg.
Not paid much.
Barely noticed.
Still learning.

At twenty one, he became a video analyst.

Studied opponents for hours.
Paused film frame by frame.
Noted every pattern.

He spoke to senior players as a teenager.
Older than him by decades.
He listened.

Hoffenheim promoted him fast.
Assistant coach.
Then head coach.

At twenty eight, he was the youngest head coach in Bundesliga history.
Managing players older than him.
Managing stars.

He trained uniquely.
Used tablets on the field.
Designed sessions by zones and triggers.

Hoffenheim survived relegation.
Then qualified for Europe.

Bigger clubs noticed.

RB Leipzig called.
He reached a Champions League semifinal.
Beating teams with triple the budget.

Then Bayern Munich.
Pressure everywhere.
No patience.

League titles followed.
But criticism did too.
Now Germany trusts him.
National team coach.
Still learning.
Still adapting.

From injured teenager to elite manager.

Not because his body failed.
But because his mind refused to stop.

If your path changes early, as a coach, good.
That might be where your advantage starts.

Morals: Don't give up

Our father Molokwu Bs'i wrote in his timeline ✍🏽

007/365

It is normal that at the beginning of the Year; aspirations, resolutions, dreams, decisions, goals and positive declarations are high and much.

Beliefs are positive and mountain-moving.

With the euphoria of Christmas and that of the New Year Seasons, emotions are aroused, and reasoning is be-clouded. Thereby most of the visions and prayers flow from emotional-sense.... after which at about the next few days the adrenaline is calmed and the said people will go back to their normal life.

Listen;

It is always normal to have big dreams at the beginning of every year.

It is normal for self acclaimed prophecies to be going up and down... I don't have any issues with that shaaa...

It is normal for people to market their programs, products or services, and people will rush to buy or register without thinking upright; ofcourse those who understand the market will, sell at the beginning of the year.

Oh! Before you misunderstand me, I am not saying it is a bad thing to have visions at the beginning of the year.

It is a good thing to rest, refresh and restart.

The season is always refreshing because you will have time to unwind to restart...

But if you don't want this Year to be like your other years; make sure your decisions are made around these FIVE POINTS;

1.
Don't dream in a haste. Don't take decisions in a haste. Don't rush to register for that course out of emotions. Don't choose what to do this Year out of your failures of the past Year(s) or the success of others; rather dream out of purpose, clarity and right mindset.

Your decisions in life should be based on 'that you are done at a particular level of your life'. New Year doesn't mean new level. If you are not done at your level right now, just continue, you mustn't have a dream because it's a new Year.

"Dream again when you are done". If you are done in October, dream again from November. If you achieve something in March, dream again from April. If it is December, then dream again from January.

Stop waiting to begin your life from January. Life doesn't begin in January.

Let your passion, convictions, and energy be as high in other Months as it is in January. If you could maintain the same energy you will achieve more.

2.
Don't over dream.

Do you hear me?

Don't over dream!

E.g;
How can you be praying or dreaming to ride a car when you are still earning 50k monthly?
What you should be dreaming about is how you can get a better paying job or business.

How can you be setting a goal to earn 1billion when your last annual income was 100k?

Before you rush to tell me about faith... I will tell you that faith is a function of knowledge/wisdom not foolishness.

All this over dreaming has made a lot of people overwork themselves unnecessarily and still won't achieve much at the end of the year.

Set your goals per time and per season. Grow gradually. Grow consistently.

"You won't suddenly wake up from slumber and expect to run at a high speed immediately".

Calm down when setting those goals.

The most important thing is that you beat your last records and you are continuously growing.

3.
Don't set any goals to match with anybody or to "show them"....

It is ok for people to inspire one another's dream. But it is slavery for people to determine your season.

I know there are cars and buildings you saw during the season.

I know there are classmates or colleagues who made you think you are not doing much this season.

I know there are family members who made jokes about you during your visit to the village; now you are coming back to the City with 'ungodly' anger to show them this Year.

I will give you unusual counsel; "push very hard but from a place of rest not pressure".

Don't work yourself up because you want to "show them". Be diligent because there is prophecy over you.

4.
Don't be quick to tell 'us' all your year would look like.

You are already sharing your visions and dreams for 2026, yet you still lack the strategies to go about them.

You talk too much.

Being visionary is not being a talkative.

Confession of faith is not being flippant with words.

You don't announce pregnancy; if it is there it will show. Why announcing your vision prematurely even when you have not started anything around it.

Get your book and write down your visions for the Year. Don't write them on your Facebook or Instagram Pages yet; if you have done that already delete them.
(Anyway I am not commanding you to do so)

If there's anything to make public it should be results, even though not all results should be shared.

What people don't know they can't attack. What is the economic importance of sharing what you have not achieved? Just to impress not to influence. "People can be impressed by your visions but only influenced by your results".

You talk too much than you do.

Stop it in 2026

5.
Use your gifts, knowledge, and abilities, but "depend on divine help".

Every great man received help.

Ask for help firstly from God, and then from the selective few your heart is directing you to.

Don't rush to do everything on your strength. Strength is good, but placing your strength under grace is better.

Eg; You don't make money by force or energy; if not the strongest men of earth would have been the wealthiest.

Use your skills, gifts and abilities this year but depend on God and know how to attract destiny helpers...

I hope with these few words of mine, I have been able to convince you not to confuse you that this Year will be better if you will apply the above FIVE POINTS

See you tomorrow!

Blessings

AFCON explained in club terms, if you’ve never really watched the tournament 👀

African nations compared to European clubs… and suddenly everything makes sense 😅⚽

🇲🇦 Morocco = Arsenal
No matter their level or form, we all know how the story usually ends.

🇨🇩 DR Congo = England
A team full of hope every single year. They always say, “This is our year”… but it never happens.

🇬🇭 Ghana = AC Milan
A huge name with great history and trophies, but they failed to qualify this time.

🇧🇫 Burkina Faso = Tottenham
No matter how well they play, don’t worry, they’ll lose a match they were never supposed to lose.

🇩🇿 Algeria = Borussia Dortmund
They win a title once in a while. Champions in 2019, don’t expect another one anytime soon.

🇨🇲 Cameroon = Chelsea
Just when you expect them to win a trophy, they always pull off something unpredictable.

🇳🇬 Nigeria = Real Madrid
Plenty of stars, not always the most beautiful football, but they always find a way to win.

🇨🇮 Ivory Coast = Atletico Madrid
They’re always around, and you never know when they’ll win, but when it happens, it’s a real shock.

🇸🇳 Senegal = Manchester City
A strong team without much history. First title in 2022, followed by plenty of disappointments.

🇿🇦 South Africa = Marseille
One trophy won a very long time ago. Since then, they’ve been living in nostalgia.

🇿🇲 Zambia = Leicester City
The ultimate underdog. They won AFCON mainly with local players and no one knows if it will ever happen again.

🇪🇬 Egypt = Barcelona
They once dominated African football with trophies and beautiful play, but today they struggle to win.

🇬🇦 Gabon = Galatasaray
They attend every AFCON for purely touristic reasons.

🇲🇱 Mali = AS Roma
They love participating in AFCON, fully aware they’re not going to win it.

This is so funny 😂
