Every single individual desires to grow but guess what 1 out 10 actually grows to become what he wants.
Ask me why 🤔
I have a desire to grow beyond the level I am, both choosing a career and understanding the path that God wants me to walk in have all been cloudy in my mind. But I haven't intentionally sat down to ask God , to read , to learn new skills that would push me to the height I see myself becoming....
Instead I try to be like others , which they follow who know road ..
But obviously even the people that claim they know are still trying to find the right path..
I know we all desire growth as youth and it's going to be exactly beyond what we want now ..
Join us at becoming the light in our economy as we raise a picture of who we want to be and push extra hard for it .

YOURCV SHOULD TELL MORE THAN WHERE YOU HAVE BEEN.

IT SHOULD SHOW WHAT YOU CAN DO.
Your CV is more than a record of the schools you've attended and the jobs you've held.
One common mistake is filling your CV with:
❌ Schools attended
❌ Certificates obtained
❌ Job titles
❌ Responsibilities
These things matter, but they don't tell the complete story.🤔🤔🤔

Your CV should also communicate your skills, contributions, achievements, and the value you can bring.
For example:
❌ “Responsible for managing social media.”
Instead:
✅ “Created and managed weekly social media content that increased audience engagement.”
See the difference?
One tells an employer what you were assigned to do.
The other shows what you actually did and the result.
As you build your career, keep asking:
What can I do?
What have I contributed?

BUILD YOURSELF BEFORE YOU BUILD YOUR CAREER.
Before asking, “Where can I get a job?”, ask yourself:
“Where am I going?”
Your career direction starts with understanding your strengths, the problems you enjoy solving, the kind of work you want to grow into, and the opportunities available around you.
You don't need to have everything figured out today. You need a direction that tells you what to build next.
Then develop the skills that direction requires.
Don't learn skills simply because everyone is learning them. Learn with purpose.
📌 Choose a direction.
📌 Identify the skills you need.
📌 Learn and practise them.
📌 Build projects and experiences that prove what you can do.
📌 Keep improving.
Remember:
Your certificate tells part of your story, but your skills show what you can bring to the table.
Don't just prepare to get a job. Prepare yourself to build a meaningful career.

DIRECTION IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN SEED. 🎯
Imagine two people on a journey.
The first person is moving very fast. He is constantly busy, making decisions, learning new things, chasing opportunities and trying to make progress.
But there is one problem:
He doesn't know exactly where he is going.
The second person is moving slowly. He may not appear to be making as much progress, but he knows his destination. So, he takes time to prepare, learn, make the right decisions and position himself for where he is going.
Who is more likely to arrive at the right destination?
Sometimes, we become so focused on moving that we forget to ask ourselves where we are actually going.
We compare ourselves with our mates.
"She already has a job."
"He's already running a business."
"They are already making money."
"Everyone seems to be ahead of me."
So we start running.
But you don't need to run just because everyone else is running.
Before you increase your speed, find your direction.
Ask yourself:
👉 What am I building?
👉 What kind of career do I want?
👉 What skills do I need to develop?
👉 Where do I want to be in the next few years?
👉 What kind of impact do I want my life to make?
And most importantly, seek God for direction.
God knows you better than you know yourself. Trust Him to reveal what He has called you to do and the assignment He has placed in your hands.
When you discover that direction, take it seriously.
Prepare for it.
Learn for it.
Build yourself for it.
Stay committed to it.
Don't run without a clear direction.
Because speed may determine how quickly you move, but direction determines where you end up.
So today, don't just ask:
"How fast am I moving?"
Ask:
"Am I moving in the right direction?"
If you're currently running in the right direction, comment FOCUS 🎯
And if you're still trying to find your direction, don't be discouraged.
Pause. Seek clarity. Trust God. Then move.

A job is a specific position you do to earn income.
A career is the long term journey of your work, skills, experience, and professional growth.

Job is Usually focused on immediate income.
While career is Focused on long term growth and direction.
You can leave a job and get another one.
Your career continues as you gain experience and develop in it .....

Example: Working as a Sales Representative.
Imagine Building a career in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
You may take a job because you need money.

You choose career moves based on where you want to eventually go.
Example
Imagine someone works as a sales representative for two years.
Their job is being a sales representative at that particular company.
But their career could be developing toward becoming a:
Sales Representative and Sales Executive and Business Development Officer and Business Development Manager and Commercial Director..

Understand that 🤔🤔
The individual jobs may change, but the career direction connects them.
