Act as a watchdog over federal agencies to ensure transparency, proper budget implementation, and value for public funds.

*Blueprint:* Active House Committee participation to track spending. Inspect federal projects in Abi/Yakurr for timely, world-class delivery. Hold MDAs accountable for performance.

*3. Grassroots Representation & Engagement*

Be the bridge between constituents and the federal government, amplifying Abi/Yakurr’s needs on the House floor.

*Blueprint:* Run a fully functional constituency office for petitions and feedback. Host quarterly town halls for updates and input. Use digital platforms to maintain an open-parliament approach.

*4. Healthcare & Social Services Improvement*

Strengthen primary healthcare and expand access to affordable, quality medical services across Abi/Yakurr.

Born on 16 June 1985 in Ediba, Abi Local Government Area, Cross River State. Hon. Goodluck Bassey Ukene is a son of the soil, raised and rooted in the values of our people. He understands the struggles and aspirations of Abi and Yakurr because he lived them.
