FIELD MARKETERS WANTED
(Retail Banking – Card Activation & Sales)
LOCATION: Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo & Rivers
We are expanding our Sales Force and recruiting highly driven Field Marketers to drive daily card activations and customer acquisition across our region.

JOB TYPE:
Full-Time | Field-Based | Commission Based
This is strictly field work. You will be required to go into markets, shops, offices, streets, schools and business locations etc daily to onboard customers and activate cards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Daily field marketing and customer acquisition
* Onboard new customers and complete account opening
Ensure instant card activation on the spot*
* Meet and exceed assigned daily & monthly activation targets
* Educate customers about Moniepoint products and services
* Submit daily activity and performance reports
REQUIREMENTS & CRITERIA:
* Minimum of SSCE / OND / NCE / HND / BSc
* Strong communication and persuasion skills
* Ability to work independently in the field
* Smartphone proficiency (for onboarding process)
* Must be resilient, confident, and goal-oriented
* Consistency is mandatory
* Previous sales/marketing experience is an added advantage
PAYMENT PLAN:
(Performance-Based Earnings)
This role is a performance/commission based with attractive bonuses. The more you activate, the more you earn. We offer unlimited earning;
- Earn commissions on every successful card activated
- Earn commissions on all referred account
* Daily performance bonus for hitting target
* Monthly performer bonus up to ₦100,000
