Happy new week Familia

My exams officially begin tomorrow and honestly and I don't know how to feel. This side question: how do people feel when writing their first anatomy exam? 😅

It's been study section after study section,library visits,past questions, brainstorming,… and it is not that I am motivated it's something I have to do it. I keep joking in my mind: after this semester, I need to go on a long vacation 😂 (me self don try)

But even when it feels overwhelming,I remind myself to stay positive every page I read, every hour I put in is part of the process and I know God has said yes and Amen to all my prayers 🙏🏽.

Today, I had a short but wonderful library session 📚✨
While reading Clinically Oriented Anatomy by Keith Moore, so he was addressing the student at the ending of the introduction.But what he wrote made me pause and really think.

He said that we remember some of what we hear, much of what we read, more of what we see, and almost all of what we experience and truly understand.

And it made me realize something: in life, it's not enough to just go through things. It's not enough to hear advice, read lessons or even experience situations.
Real learning only happens when understanding comes.

Because without understanding, experiences become memories, not lessons. But with understanding, even small moments can change the way we think, grow, and live.

📍What are you trying to understand try practicing

Funny how a line from an anatomy textbook ended up teaching me something about life today.
