Day 6 was all about shifting the business mindset financially.
Profit without planning creates problems.

Today we broke down budgeting, financing, business registration, branding, partnerships and ethical growth; helping each participant learn to create their own business growth roadmap.

Because when you understand numbers, you understand your business. No more guessing. Just clear numbers and clear plans.
