If you are above 40 years of age, don't start bathing from your head.
Start by pouring water on your leg at first before pouring water on your head.
Sudden, cold water on the head can be dangerous for individuals with high blood pressure (hypertension), as it can cause a "cold shock" response, prompting blood vessels to constrict and rapidly increasing blood pressure, which may lead to dizziness, fainting, or a stroke.
You will now understand why men are mostly down with stroke, women don't pour water on their head 😄 😄 😄
If you carry your side chick to the hotel and both of you wake up in the morning. Don't rush to the bathroom to pour water on your head.
That's why you hear most sudden fall or stroke usually happen in the bathroom.
May God help us all!
