How to Recharge on Our Website (Step-by-Step Guide)

Step 1: Open your browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.)
•Type: solutionfuncity.com .
Once the page opens, click on “Recharge” on the homepage

1.Option 1: Top-Up (For Existing Card Users)
If you already have a Solution Fun City Card:

•Click on Top-Up
•Enter your details correctly:
Your Card Number
Your Active Email Address (very important!)
•Enter the amount you want to recharge
•Click Proceed to make payment.
•Complete payment via Paystack (Titan Paystack)
✅ After Payment:
You will receive a confirmation email
This means your recharge was successful

Option 2: Get a New Card/Band (For New Customers)
If you don’t have a card yet:

•Click on Recharge on the homepage.
•Scroll down and click on “Get a New Card or Band”

•Fill in your details correctly.

How to Fill the Initial Balance section (VERY IMPORTANT)
Your Initial Balance = Total money you plan to spend

It should include:
₦1,000 for Card Fee
₦2,000 for Gate Fee( per person)
Money for Games & Rides

• Example:
Card (₦1,000) + Gate (₦2,000) + Games (₦10,000) = ₦13,000
So you will enter ₦13,000 as your initial balance.
Then, proceed to make payment.

•Family Package Option
If you want a family package:
₦50,000 package , Add ₦1,000 (Card Fee) = ₦51,000

•If you want the ₦100,000 package ,Add ₦1,000 (Card Fee) = ₦101,000
Enter the total amount in the Initial Balance section.

•Click Proceed to Pay.

•Choose your preferred payment method .

After a Successful Payment;
•You will receive a confirmation email.
•Visit the park and present your confirmation email, pick up your card and enjoy a stress-free, fun-filled experience.

Use a valid and active email address
