Let me share the full story behind this look 😅
I didn’t buy it. And I didn’t sew it from scratch either.
But I transformed every piece of it — with my hands, my heart, and a whole lot of vision.
I started with a bare, transparent corset —
no lining, no sleeves, just a plain shell.
I hand-stitched the chest for coverage, gave it shape and body, and then fully beaded it by hand.
I also made and attached the sleeves — no tailor, just me and long hours into the night.
The fascinator? It already existed too, but I covered it in black fabric to match the look — blending it into the green-and-black palette I envisioned.
Then came the black earmuffs, shoes, and clutch — all things I already owned, but styled to belong to the full story.
The pants? Ankara from my closet.
But nothing about this look was random.
It was styled. It was built.
It was me — thoughtful, intentional, bold, and beautiful.
Modest. Feminine. Magnetic.
Turning what already exists into something unforgettable.
