Share this post until it reach Xabi Alonso it's high time we switch to 4-2-3-1 this formation will bring out the best of Chelsea football club. two mistake Xabi Alonso keep on repeating since he took over this job is
(1) playing 3-4-3 that formation is not working we need to switch it to 4-2-3-1 having two strong defensive midfielders help defense line to improve secondly playing Cole palmer for attacking midfielder is another suitable position for him to develop more skills create more chances supplies pass to our striker yes we have a good finisher all he need is opportunity to strike ✌️
(2) Second mistake he don't even believe our young player's he keep on playing Pedro Neto even when the Portugal man is not fit he find it difficult to substitute him when we have skilful players like Estavo William, Jamie Gittens sitting for bench 😡
