Episode 2: The Bride Who Sold Everything

The doctor's words echoed endlessly in Ngozi's mind.

"You have forty-eight hours."

"If the surgery is delayed..."

"...he may not survive."

Her legs became weak.

She slowly sat on the hospital corridor floor.

The wedding she had dreamed about since childhood...

The wedding both families had spent months planning...

Now stood on one side.

Emeka's life...

On the other.

---

Inside the intensive care unit...

Emeka lay unconscious.

Machines beeped steadily.

His breathing was supported by oxygen.

Ngozi stood quietly outside the glass window.

She gently placed her hand against it.

Tears streamed down her face.

"I promised to spend the rest of my life with you."

"I'm not going to lose you now."

---

Sandra walked over and wrapped an arm around her.

"I'm so sorry."

Ngozi nodded weakly.

"I don't care about the wedding anymore."

"I just want him to live."

Sandra looked at her carefully.

"You can't possibly raise that kind of money in two days."

Ngozi wiped away her tears.

"I'll find a way."

---

That evening...

Ngozi returned to her small boutique.

She looked around silently.

Every sewing machine.

Every fabric roll.

Every mannequin.

She remembered how hard she had worked to build the business after her parents died.

Without hesitation...

She picked up her phone.

"I want to sell everything."

The buyer arrived within an hour.

By sunset...

The boutique was empty.

---

But it still wasn't enough.

The following morning...

Ngozi opened the small wooden box her late mother had left her.

Inside were family heirlooms.

Gold earrings.

Necklaces.

Bracelets.

And the engagement jewelry she planned to wear on her wedding day.

She kissed the box gently.

"Mama..."

"I know you'll understand."

She sold them all.

Still...

The money fell short.

---

As she sat outside the hospital in despair...

An elderly family friend approached her.

"My daughter..."

"I heard what happened."

He handed her an envelope.

Inside...

Were the property documents to the small house her parents had left her.

"You once told me you would never sell this house."

Ngozi looked at the papers.

That house held every memory of her childhood.

Every memory of her parents.

She closed her eyes.

Then whispered,

"A house can be rebuilt."

"A life cannot."

---

By evening...

The house had been sold.

Ngozi carried a black bag filled with bank drafts into the hospital.

She placed everything on the doctor's desk.

Her hands trembled.

"This..."

"...is every kobo I have."

The doctor counted the payments.

Then looked at her in disbelief.

"You sold everything?"

Ngozi smiled through her tears.

"What good is a wedding..."

"...if the groom isn't alive to stand at the altar?"

The doctor slowly nodded.

"I'll prepare the surgical team immediately."

---

As Ngozi sat outside the operating theatre praying...

Sandra quietly stepped outside to answer a phone call.

Her voice suddenly changed.

Cold.

Calculated.

"It's done."

"She has spent everything."

"Exactly as we planned."

A deep male voice answered from the other end.

"Good."

"Now the second phase can begin."

Sandra smiled.

"She'll never see it coming."

She ended the call...

Then wiped away fake tears before walking back inside.

"My friend..."

"I'm here for you."

Ngozi embraced her tightly.

Completely unaware...

That the person comforting her...

Was already helping to destroy her future.

πŸ’₯ END OF EPISODE 2

Ngozi has sacrificed her boutique...

Her jewelry...

Her parents' house...

And even her dream wedding to save Emeka's life.

But who is the mysterious man working with Sandra?

And why are they plotting against her?

πŸ‘‡ If you discovered your best friend was secretly betraying you, would you ever forgive them? Tell us in the comments!

Episode 1: The Bride Who Chose Love Over Her Dream Wedding

"If saving your life means losing everything I own... then I'll lose everything."

Those were the words Ngozi whispered as tears rolled down her cheeks.

She had no idea...

That one sacrifice would eventually cost her the love of her life.

---

The small village of Umuokoro in southeastern Nigeria had never been so alive.

Women sang traditional songs.

Children danced through the dusty streets.

Colorful canopies filled the village square.

Everyone was talking about one event.

Ngozi's wedding.

At twenty-seven, Ngozi was known as one of the most beautiful young women in the community.

But people admired her for something greater than her beauty.

Her heart.

After losing both parents in a tragic accident years earlier, she struggled through university by selling vegetables in the local market.

She never complained.

She never begged.

She simply worked hard and trusted God.

That was where she met Emeka.

A young civil engineer with a humble beginning and an honest heart.

He didn't fall in love with her because of her beauty.

He fell in love with her kindness.

For three years...

They built their dreams together.

Every salary Emeka earned...

He saved for their future.

Every profit Ngozi made from her small fashion business...

She added to their wedding plans.

Finally...

Their dream day had arrived.

---

Three days before the wedding...

The entire village buzzed with excitement.

Ngozi stood inside her boutique, admiring her wedding gown.

It wasn't the most expensive dress.

But it was perfect.

She smiled as she imagined walking down the aisle.

Just then...

Her best friend, Sandra, rushed into the shop.

"Ngozi!"

She was breathing heavily.

"You need to come with me."

Ngozi frowned.

"What happened?"

"It's Emeka."

Her smile disappeared instantly.

"What about him?"

Sandra hesitated.

"He collapsed at work."

---

The world around Ngozi suddenly became silent.

Without locking her shop...

She ran.

People called after her.

She didn't stop.

She jumped into the first motorcycle she found.

"General Hospital!"

"As fast as you can!"

---

Minutes later...

She burst into the emergency ward.

Doctors and nurses hurried from one room to another.

Machines beeped.

Families cried.

Her heart pounded wildly.

She spotted Emeka's younger brother.

"Where is he?"

The young man pointed toward the intensive care unit.

"The doctors are inside."

"They won't let anyone in."

Ngozi pressed her trembling hands together.

"Please, God..."

"Not now."

"Not when we're so close to our wedding."

---

After what felt like forever...

A middle-aged doctor stepped out.

His face was serious.

"Who is Ngozi?"

"I am."

The doctor sighed deeply.

"Your fiancΓ© has a serious heart condition."

"He needs emergency surgery."

Ngozi's legs nearly gave way.

"Surgery?"

"Yes."

"If we delay..."

"He may not survive."

She struggled to breathe.

"How much will it cost?"

The doctor mentioned the amount.

Ngozi froze.

It was more money than she and Emeka had spent years saving.

Almost all of it...

Was already tied to their wedding.

The hall.

The food.

The decorations.

The clothes.

Everything.

The doctor looked into her eyes.

"You have forty-eight hours."

"After that..."

"I cannot promise he'll still be alive."

Ngozi stood motionless.

Behind her...

Sandra quietly watched.

Without anyone noticing...

A strange smile briefly crossed Sandra's face...

Before disappearing just as quickly.

πŸ’₯ END OF EPISODE 1

Ngozi has only 48 hours to choose between her dream wedding...

Or the life of the man she loves.

But why did Sandra smile when she heard the terrible news?

Episode 20: Love Wins

Sarah froze.

The hand on her shoulder tightened gently.

She slowly turned around.

It was Richard Lawson's head of security.

"Mrs. Sarah..."

"You need to come with me. Now."

Sarah looked confused.

"What happened?"

The security officer glanced around nervously.

"We believe someone has been following you."

Just then...

The black SUV parked across the street suddenly sped away.

The officer immediately spoke into his radio.

"Target is moving!"

Within seconds...

Two security vehicles followed.

Sarah stood trembling.

She had no idea how close danger had come.

---

At the company...

David received Richard's urgent call.

"Sarah is safe."

"But someone tried to get close to her."

David's heart nearly stopped.

"I'm on my way."

He rushed out of the office.

---

Meanwhile...

Vanessa sat alone in her mansion.

Her phone rang.

It was the man she had hired.

"I couldn't finish the job."

"The security team intervened."

Vanessa's eyes widened.

"What job?"

"I told you not to hurt anyone!"

The man laughed.

"You wanted Sarah out of the way."

"I simply found the fastest solution."

Vanessa's face turned pale.

"No..."

"This wasn't supposed to happen."

"You've gone too far."

She ended the call with shaking hands.

For the first time...

She realized that her obsession had nearly destroyed innocent lives.

She broke down in tears.

---

Later that evening...

Vanessa walked into Richard Lawson's office.

She looked nothing like the confident woman everyone knew.

Her eyes were swollen from crying.

She placed a folder on his desk.

Richard opened it.

Inside were the documents transferring every share she owned in the company back to the board.

She spoke quietly.

"I'm resigning."

Richard looked at her.

"Why?"

Vanessa wiped away a tear.

"Because somewhere along the way..."

"I stopped fighting for love..."

"And started fighting to possess someone who never belonged to me."

She lowered her head.

"I hurt good people."

"I hurt myself."

"I don't want to live like this anymore."

Richard remained silent for a moment.

Then he said,

"The greatest strength is admitting when you're wrong."

Vanessa nodded.

"I know."

She stood up.

Before leaving, she whispered,

"If you ever see Sarah..."

"Tell her..."

"I'm sorry."

---

The following day...

David returned to Sarah's apartment.

He stood outside the door holding a small wooden box.

When Sarah opened it...

He smiled nervously.

"I know I don't deserve another chance."

"But I'm asking anyway."

He opened the box.

Inside were their original wedding rings.

The same rings they had removed when everything fell apart.

David took Sarah's hand.

"This time..."

"I choose you."

"Completely."

"No more divided loyalties."

"No more shared marriage."

"Only us."

Sarah couldn't hold back her tears.

She nodded.

"Yes."

The children ran into their parents' arms.

The family embraced tightly.

For the first time in a long time...

They felt whole again.

---

Six months later...

David had started a new company.

It wasn't as large as the old one.

But it was built with honesty.

Sarah became the foundation that kept their family strong.

Richard Lawson remained a trusted mentor.

As for Vanessa...

She quietly left the city.

She began volunteering with a foundation that helped abandoned women rebuild their lives.

She finally understood...

That love can never be forced.

It must be freely given.

---

Sometimes, the greatest act of love is not holding on...
..but letting go.

THE END

MORAL LESSON

Never sacrifice your dignity to keep someone who is willing to let you go. Love built on manipulation, control, or selfishness will eventually fall apart. But love rooted in trust, sacrifice, forgiveness, and commitment can survive even the darkest storms.

Episode 19: The Last Move

The night was unusually quiet.

David and Sarah sat on the balcony after putting the children to bed.

For the first time in months...

There was peace between them.

David reached for Sarah's hand.

"I'm sorry for every tear you've cried because of me."

Sarah looked at him.

"You've apologized enough."

"What matters now..."

"...is what we do next."

David nodded.

"I want us to start over."

"No more secrets."

"No more divided loyalties."

"Just us."

Sarah smiled through her tears.

"I've been praying to hear those words."

They embraced.

Neither of them noticed...

A black SUV parked across the street.

Inside sat Vanessa.

She watched silently.

Her eyes never left the apartment.

Then she picked up her phone.

"He's there."

A man's voice replied,

"I can see the building."

Vanessa closed her eyes.

"Remember..."

"I don't want anyone hurt."

"I only want Sarah out of his life forever."

The man laughed softly.

"Sometimes..."

"...those two things cannot be separated."

The line went dead.

A chill ran through Vanessa's body.

For the first time...

She questioned whether she had gone too far.

---

The following morning...

David walked into the company headquarters.

Employees greeted him with renewed respect.

News of Richard Lawson's intervention had spread quickly.

His assistant smiled.

"Good morning, sir."

"Mr. Lawson is waiting in your office."

David hurried upstairs.

Richard stood by the window overlooking the city.

Without turning around, he spoke.

"Do you know why I came back?"

David shook his head.

"No, sir."

Richard faced him.

"Because I made the same mistake you made."

David looked confused.

"I once allowed success..."

"...to steal my family."

"I thought I could fix it later."

"But later never came."

His voice grew heavier.

"I lost my wife before I realized what truly mattered."

Silence filled the room.

Richard stepped closer.

"Don't waste the second chance you've been given."

David nodded.

"I won't."

Richard smiled.

"I believe you."

As Richard prepared to leave...

His phone rang.

He answered.

Within seconds...

The color drained from his face.

"What?"

"When?"

"I'll be there immediately."

He ended the call.

David looked concerned.

"Is everything alright?"

Richard turned slowly.

"My security team has just intercepted information."

"They believe someone is planning to target your family."

David's heart pounded.

"What?"

Richard nodded gravely.

"I don't know who..."

"But I know you're running out of time."

---

At that very moment...

Sarah left the children's school after dropping them off.

She smiled as she walked toward her car.

She had no idea...

Another vehicle had been following her since morning.

Inside...

A man wearing dark sunglasses spoke into his phone.

"I'm in position."

Vanessa's voice came through.

"Don't do anything foolish."

The man smiled coldly.

"You hired me."

"Now let me finish the job."

He ended the call before she could respond.

Vanessa stared at her phone in horror.

"No..."

"That's not what I meant."

She tried calling him back.

No answer.

Again.

No answer.

Fear gripped her heart.

For the first time...

She realized she might have unleashed something she could no longer control.

Across the city...

Sarah unlocked her car door.

Just as she reached for the handle...

A hand grabbed her shoulder from behind.

She gasped.

Episode 18: The Truth Unfolds

The boardroom fell silent.

Every eye turned toward the elderly man standing at the entrance.

Richard Lawson walked in calmly, followed by two lawyers carrying thick files.

Vanessa slowly rose from her seat.

"What are you doing here?"

Richard looked at her with quiet disappointment.

"I should be asking you the same question."

The Chairman stood.

"Mr. Lawson..."

"We weren't expecting you."

Richard nodded.

"I know."

"That's because this meeting was never supposed to happen."

A murmur spread across the room.

David looked from Richard to Vanessa.

He could sense there was something no one had told him.

Richard stepped toward the head of the table.

"For years, I've remained a silent investor in this company."

"I trusted Vanessa to protect what we built."

He paused.

"But I never gave her permission..."

"...to use this company to destroy someone's family."

Vanessa's face tightened.

"This is a business matter."

Richard shook his head.

"No."

"It became personal the moment you tried to use company power to force a man to abandon his wife."

The room was completely still.

One of the directors lowered his head in shame.

Richard opened one of the files.

"My legal team has spent the last forty-eight hours reviewing every document."

He looked directly at David.

"Mr. David..."

"I've discovered that you have violated no company policy."

"There are no legal grounds to remove you as Chief Executive Officer."

David released a slow breath.

The Chairman adjusted his glasses.

"Then this emergency vote..."

"...cannot proceed."

Vanessa slammed her hand on the table.

"You can't do this!"

Richard met her gaze.

"I already have."

He turned to the board.

"This meeting is officially suspended."

The directors slowly stood.

Within moments, the room began to empty.

Vanessa remained where she was.

Her carefully built plan had begun to crumble.

---

Outside the boardroom...

David caught up with Richard.

"Sir..."

"Why are you helping me?"

Richard smiled gently.

"Because years ago..."

"Someone helped me when I had nothing."

"I've never forgotten that kindness."

David frowned.

"I don't understand."

Richard looked at Sarah, who had arrived with the children after hearing about the meeting.

Then he looked back at David.

"Your wife reminds me of that person."

Sarah looked surprised.

Richard continued.

"A person willing to sacrifice everything for the people they love..."

"...deserves someone willing to fight for them."

Sarah lowered her eyes, overwhelmed.

David reached for her hand.

For the first time in many months...

He held it without hesitation.

Across the parking lot...

Vanessa watched them from inside her car.

Tears filled her eyes.

Not tears of defeat.

Tears of anger.

She whispered to herself,

"If I can't have him..."

"...then none of you will have peace."

She picked up her phone.

There was one final number she had never wanted to call.

The call connected.

A deep male voice answered.

"It's been a long time, Vanessa."

She closed her eyes.

"I need your help."

The man chuckled softly.

"I warned you that one day you'd come back."

Vanessa whispered,

"I'll do whatever it takes."

The man replied,

"Good."

"Then it's time we finish what we started."

Vanessa slowly lowered the phone.

A dangerous smile spread across her face.

The battle...

Was far from over.

Episode 17: The Choice

Vanessa's words hung heavily in the air.

"Will you sign the divorce papers..."

"...or do you want this to become much uglier?"

Sarah tightened her grip around the children.

David stepped in front of his family.

His voice was calm.

But firm.

"Vanessa."

"Enough."

She looked at him.

"So you've made your choice?"

David nodded slowly.

"Yes."

"I have."

He reached for Sarah's trembling hand.

"I made my vows to Sarah."

"I promised to love her."

"To stand by her."

"I broke that promise."

"But I won't break it again."

Sarah's eyes filled with tears.

Not tears of pain...

But of hope.

Vanessa stared at them in silence.

Then she laughed softly.

"So that's it?"

"After everything I built for you?"

"The company."

"The mansion."

"The influence."

"You'll throw it all away?"

David looked her in the eyes.

"I can rebuild my career."

"But I cannot replace my family."

Those words cut deeper than Vanessa expected.

Her face hardened.

"You think it's that simple?"

David didn't answer.

He simply tore the divorce papers into pieces.

The torn sheets fell to the floor.

The room became silent.

Vanessa looked down at the shredded papers.

Then back at David.

"You've just made the biggest mistake of your life."

She turned and walked toward the door.

Before leaving...

She stopped.

Without looking back, she spoke.

"By Monday morning..."

"You won't be the CEO anymore."

The front door slammed shut.

Sarah looked at David.

"What does she mean?"

David sighed deeply.

"She owns the company."

"If she removes me..."

"I lose everything."

Sarah gently held his face.

"We've survived worse."

"We can start again."

The children hugged their father tightly.

For the first time in months...

David felt rich again.

Not because of money.

But because he still had the people who truly loved him.

---

Monday morning arrived.

David walked confidently into the company headquarters.

Employees greeted him as usual.

But something felt different.

People avoided eye contact.

Whispers filled the corridors.

His assistant rushed toward him.

"Sir..."

"The Board of Directors is waiting."

"They've called an emergency meeting."

David entered the boardroom.

Every director was already seated.

Vanessa sat at the head of the table.

Her expression was unreadable.

The chairman cleared his throat.

"Mr. David..."

"We have received a formal request from the majority shareholder."

He slid a document across the polished table.

David picked it up.

His heart sank.

It was a notice recommending his immediate removal as Chief Executive Officer.

The chairman continued,

"The vote begins now."

David slowly looked around the room.

Some directors avoided his eyes.

Others looked genuinely sorry.

Then...

A voice broke the silence.

"I object."

Everyone turned.

The boardroom doors opened.

An elderly man in a tailored charcoal suit walked inside.

Behind him were two lawyers carrying thick files.

Vanessa's confident smile disappeared.

She whispered under her breath,

"No..."

"It can't be."

The elderly man looked directly at David.

Then at Vanessa.

"My name is Richard Lawson."

"And before this meeting goes any further..."

"...there's something everyone in this room needs to know."

Episode 16: Love Remembers

David barely slept that night.

Vanessa's message kept replaying in his mind.

"The world already sees us as husband and wife."

"Are you really ready to lose everything?"

He placed his phone on the bedside table and stared at the ceiling.

For the first time since moving into Vanessa's mansion...

The luxurious room felt like a prison.

---

The next morning...

David left the mansion before sunrise.

He switched off his phone.

He ignored every call from the office.

Today...

There would be no meetings.

No investors.

No business.

There was only one place he wanted to be.

Sarah's home.

---

Sarah was surprised by the knock on the door.

When she opened it...

David stood there holding a bouquet of white roses.

His eyes were tired.

Filled with regret.

Without saying a word...

He slowly knelt before her.

"I'm sorry."

"I failed you."

Tears filled Sarah's eyes.

She had imagined this moment many times.

But now that it was happening...

She didn't know what to say.

David continued.

"When you agreed to share me..."

"You believed you were saving our family."

"I should have protected you."

"Instead..."

"I let you carry the pain alone."

Sarah looked away.

"I never wanted your money, David."

"I only wanted my husband."

Those words broke him.

He lowered his head.

"I'm still your husband."

"If you'll let me..."

"I want to fix everything."

---

Just then...

The children came running into the living room.

"Daddy!"

David hugged them tightly.

He laughed as they clung to him.

Sarah watched quietly.

For the first time in months...

She saw the man she had married.

Not the wealthy businessman.

Not the executive.

Just David.

---

Across town...

Vanessa walked into David's office.

His chair was empty.

She frowned.

"Where is he?"

The assistant looked nervous.

"He canceled all his appointments today."

Vanessa's expression hardened.

"Canceled?"

"Yes, ma'am."

"He said he needed personal time."

A strange feeling settled in her heart.

She immediately called David.

His phone was switched off.

Again.

And again.

No answer.

She looked out through the office window.

"No..."

She whispered.

"He's with her."

---

Back at Sarah's apartment...

The family sat together around the dining table.

The children laughed while David helped them finish their lunch.

Sarah smiled quietly.

It felt like old times.

For a brief moment...

The house was filled with peace again.

David reached across the table and gently held Sarah's hand.

"I don't know what tomorrow will bring."

"But I know one thing."

"I don't want to lose you."

Before Sarah could answer...

There was a loud knock at the door.

Everyone looked toward the entrance.

David stood up and opened it.

Standing outside...

Was Vanessa.

She looked directly at David.

Then at Sarah.

Finally...

Her eyes settled on the children.

A slow smile appeared on her face.

"So..."

"This is the family you've been choosing over me."

The room fell silent.

David stepped forward.

"Vanessa..."

"You shouldn't be here."

She ignored him.

Instead...

She looked straight at Sarah.

"I've come to ask you one last question."

"Will you sign the divorce papers..."

"...or do you want this to become much uglier?"

Sarah's face turned pale.

David clenched his fists.

The battle for his marriage...

Had finally begun.

Episode 15: The Manipulation

The room remained silent.

Sarah sat frozen on the couch.

The divorce papers rested on the table between them.

David couldn't move.

He kept staring at Vanessa's name at the bottom of the document.

His mind struggled to understand what he was seeing.

"Vanessa did this?"

His voice was filled with disbelief.

Sarah wiped her tears.

"I don't know, David."

"But someone wants our marriage to end."

David stood up immediately.

"No."

"I need to hear this from her."

The children watched their father with frightened eyes.

For the first time, they saw the pain between their parents.

David picked up his phone.

He called Vanessa.

She answered almost immediately.

"David."

Her voice sounded calm.

"Where are you?"

David took a deep breath.

"We need to talk."

A short silence followed.

Then Vanessa replied,

"Come home."

The word bothered him.

Home.

He wondered when her mansion had started feeling like that.

---

An hour later...

David walked into Vanessa's mansion.

She was waiting for him in the living room.

No surprise.

No fear.

Almost as if she had been expecting him.

He placed the divorce papers on the table.

"What is this?"

Vanessa looked at them.

Then she looked back at him.

"You finally know."

David's eyes widened.

"You admit it?"

Vanessa sat down calmly.

"Yes."

"Because I realized something."

"What?"

Her voice became softer.

"I cannot keep sharing the man I love."

David stared at her.

"You told me you understood my marriage."

"I thought you accepted Sarah."

Vanessa smiled sadly.

"I tried."

"I really did."

"But every time you left this house to go back to her..."

"I felt like I was losing you."

David shook his head.

"Vanessa, this isn't how we agreed things would be."

Her expression changed.

"Agreed?"

"You agreed to share your husband."

"You never agreed to share your future."

Those words left David speechless.

Vanessa stepped closer.

"Look at your life now."

"Look at everything you have."

"The company."

"The respect."

"The success."

"Would you have any of this without me?"

David looked away.

The question hurt because a part of him knew she had helped him.

But another part of him knew Sarah had sacrificed far more.

"That doesn't give you the right to destroy my marriage."

For the first time...

Vanessa's confidence weakened.

"You still choose her."

David didn't answer.

That silence was enough.

Vanessa looked away.

"You know what hurts the most?"

"I gave you everything."

"And after all this time..."

"She still has your heart."

David quietly replied,

"Because she was there before everything else."

The words cut deeply.

---

That night...

David returned to Sarah's apartment.

She was sitting quietly by the window.

When she saw him...

She immediately looked away.

"Did she send the papers?"

David shook his head.

"No."

"She did."

Sarah closed her eyes.

A fresh tear rolled down her cheek.

David sat beside her.

"I'm sorry."

"I should have seen what was happening."

Sarah looked at him.

"Did you?"

David lowered his head.

The truth was painful.

"No."

"I was too busy enjoying the life she gave me."

Sarah remained silent.

Then she asked softly,

"Do you still want this marriage?"

David looked at her.

This time...

He had no distractions.

No business.

No luxury.

No promises.

Only the woman who had loved him before he had anything.

"I do."

But before Sarah could respond...

David's phone vibrated.

A message appeared.

It was from Vanessa.

Attached was a photograph.

David opened it.

His face immediately changed.

The picture showed him and Vanessa together at the awards ceremony.

Underneath it was a message:

"The world already sees us as husband and wife."

"Are you really ready to lose everything?"

David slowly lowered the phone.

For the first time...

He realized Vanessa wasn't just fighting for his love.

She was fighting to control his entire life.
