DIRECTOR??? Omooo 😭
I was filming with Cartoon Filmz on this project and the first scene for the day was a moving car scene. Everybody was ready except the cinematographer that suddenly vanished into thin air 😂
Next thing, Cartoon Filmz quietly carried the camera himself and said, “ Chaicon, enter inside car” Omo this director entered the moving car with me and started filming the scene by himself.
DIRECTOR doing cinematographer work flawlessly??? Where una dey see this kind thing? This man no just sabi direct, he understands camera angles, lenses, movement, lighting, positioning…EVERYTHING! At some point I was even confused about his actual job title 😂
If something on set is not working, he won’t stand there shouting. This man will fix it himself before you even finish complaining.
He’s not the type that comes to set just to do what he was paid for and leave. This man comes ready to carry the entire production on his head and make sure the job gets done well 👏🏽
And let’s not even start with his comic relief. After every scene, I was always waiting for:
“Cut!”
“Cutter!”
“Cuttesttttt!” 😂
At this point, almost everybody on set had joined the r!tual
One thing I respect deeply is professionals who are passionate about their craft. You can tell when somebody genuinely loves what they do, not just the money attached to it
This is not a paid adv£rt. This is me genuinely appreciating a hardworking professional, a solid human being and a great soul 💞
