Congratulations trustworthy leader Alh. Abdullahi Yammani

Today, alongside my campaign team, I had the distinct honour and privilege of paying a congratulatory visit to my elder brother, Alhaji Abdullahi Yammani, on his well-deserved appointment as the Director General of the Abubakar Adamu Governorship Aspiration for the 2027 Nasarawa State Governorship Election.

His appointment is a clear testament to his exceptional leadership qualities, political experience, unwavering commitment, and proven capacity to unite people toward a common purpose. We have no doubt that his wealth of experience and dedication will add tremendous value to this noble political journey.

We prayed for Almighty Allah to grant him wisdom, strength, sound health, and divine guidance as he undertakes this important responsibility. May his leadership contribute meaningfully to the success of the aspiration and the continued progress, peace, and development of Nasarawa State.

Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilayhi Rajiʿun

Today, with profound sorrow and total submission to the will of Almighty Allah, I join the people of Nasarawa State and all sympathizers in mourning the passing of our beloved father, an elder statesman, Alhaji Ahmad Bage.

On behalf of myself, Aliyu Yusuf Shehu, Esq. (Sarkin Samarin Lafia I), I extend my deepest condolences to the entire Bage family, friends, associates, and all those touched by this great loss.

The late Alhaji Ahmad Bage lived a life marked by wisdom, dignity, and service. His legacy of leadership, counsel, and commitment to humanity will remain a source of inspiration for generations to come. While his passing has left a void that cannot easily be filled, we take solace in the knowledge that every soul shall return to its Creator.

I pray that Almighty Allah (SWT), in His infinite mercy, forgives his shortcomings, expands and illuminates his grave, admits him into Al-Jannatul Firdaus, and grants his family the strength, patience, and fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss.

May Allah comfort every grieving heart and reward the deceased abundantly for the good he did during his lifetime.

With a deep sense of sorrow and total submission to the will of Almighty Allah, I received the sad news of the passing of Barr. Suleiman Umar Shehu (Ajaja), a retired Deputy Comptroller General of customs

On behalf of my family and supporters, I extend our heartfelt condolences to the entire family, friends, and associates of the deceased during this difficult moment. His death is a great loss, not only to his family but also to all those whose lives he touched through his service, wisdom, and dedication.

We pray that Almighty Allah (SWT) forgives his shortcomings, accepts his good deeds, expands and illuminates his grave, and grants him the highest place in Jannatul Firdaus. May Allah also grant his family the strength, patience, and fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.

This decision was taken after deep considerations from my family members, friends and my teaming supporters across the seven electoral wards in Lafia central constituency and in pursuit of my future political aspirations and convictions.

In continuation of grassroots engagement and consultation ahead of the forthcoming House of Assembly primaries in Lafia Central Constituency, I today had an impactful and interactive session with the women of GAYAM Electoral Ward, particularly from Ungwar Magaji, Lungun Kwarya, Bakin Central, and Gidin Lemo.

The meeting provided an avenue to discuss the importance of active participation in the electoral process and the need for women to continue playing their vital role in strengthening democracy through peaceful and responsible voting. I encouraged them to come out in mass tomorrow, by the special grace of Allah, to support credible leadership that will prioritize the welfare, growth, and development of the people.

During the interaction, I reaffirmed my commitment to serving the interests of the people with sincerity, fairness, and dedication, while also appealing for their unwavering support towards my emergence.

The women expressed overwhelming confidence and satisfaction with the leadership qualities and political vision of Barr. Aliyu Yusuf Shehu, assuring us of their readiness to mobilize support across their respective communities in order to ensure victory at the polls.

Speaking during the meeting, the Woman Leader, Hajiya Maryam, confidently stated that Barr. Aliyu Yusuf Shehu (Sarkin Samarin Lafia) will surely emerge victorious and proceed to the House of Assembly, In Sha Allah.
